    There is no way to guarantee that people will read it anyway. Even if we implement a system to make people read the rules before registering, they could find ways to avoid it. Overall, I don't see a way in which not reading rules can truly be prevented.

    Ryan was shocked that Victoria hadn't struck Hera quickly enough. When she prepared her assault behind Victoria, Ryan yelled out. "Victoria, he's behind you!" Victoria spun around to be met by 4 successful strikes from Hera. She was knocked back with a cry, accidentally spewing Dragon Rage in the direction of Hera. Victoria got up, a few tears running down her face. Ryan looked at her pitifully. "Don't give up Victoria! Everyone makes mistakes! Now brush off that dust and get back in the fight!" Victoria looked at Ryan, listening to his encouragement, before standing up, and preparing herself to fight. "Dragon Dance, Victoria!" Ryan yelled out to her, letting her know he still believed in her. Victoria spun around rapidly. When the dance finished, she leapt agilely from foot to foot, a sense of confidence flowing through her.

    I also am against the vote down button. There are many varying opinions, and many of them are shown in threads filled with controversy. It feels like it would be more offensive than constructive. A troll could probably just go down, down-voting every post and the rep that people worked hard for is down the drain. Plus, the Reborn community is more close-knit than things like the YouTube comment section. People can dislike other posts without feeling bad or knowing the repercussions because they have no connections to them. I just feel like the negativity to come from it is more harmful than well.

    I agree, a PM to an admin would probably be more affective in this situation as the opinion of most of the community is probably mutually for it. It's more of a question as to whether or not its a good implementation. Thanks for the credit though!

    Victoria was immediately intimidated when the Heracross lunged at her. Out of instinct she opened her mouth to scream. Except this time, she forgot that she was releasing flames from the back of her mouth. They consumed her canines coating them in flickering embers. Ryan realized what was happening. "Victoria, Dragon Dance into Fire Fang!" Victoria did a small spin, pushing off of her left leg, away from the incoming Horn Attack, and then lunged at the Heracross's side, attempting to sink her flaming teeth into it.

    Perhaps making the forum rules more eminent and/or a required read considering most new people don't read them and/or can't find them.

    We're not necessarily all poke-fans, and who's to say we're not poke-fans who have experienced a situation identical to this? Some people would probably prefer not to spend their money on an appointment to the doctors when their issue is simply resolved with time.

"Have look for yourself, he'll be the one rambling about nonsense." Jackson shot a look to the man with the head. Oh how he wished his gift was telepathy right now. This is your chance, if he goes on over there you run along. His thoughts were useless, though. Worthless. He just hoped the look on his face said enough. He moved his eyes to point towards the man of authority and then over to the crowd. He then pointed them at the man with the head and then over to the school, away from their current location.

    Victoria was startled when a Heracross suddenly approached her, issuing a challenge. She looked up at Ryan, letting out a squeal, questioning her own abilities. Ryan looked back down at her, giving her a reassuring look. "Are you up for the challenge?" Victoria let out another squeal, accepting Heracross's challenge. She leapt out of Ryan's arms and stood in front of Heracross, prepared for the fight.

Jackson used his height as a form of intimidation, while glancing back and forth between the girl and the man, giving the girl reassuring looks and the man somewhat threatening glares.
