The Shed Shell on Celebi is such a buzzkill. Seriously. That and why would you ever keep Celebi in against a Bug-type? That's stupid! Let's Make That Set Better... Which is why you'd run [b]Giga Drain[/b]. You get some nice recovery out of it. Celebi also learns [b]Earth Power[/b], which puts Heatran in its place.

Me here. Team's got a Bug and Flying weakness. If you gave your team a Steel-type like Skarmory, that problem can be easily fixed. (I avoid saying Jirachi / Metagross / Zonger as they all take Bug moves neutral and Lucario still can't survive a Tornadus-T Hurricane easily.) Perhaps there's a better move than Shadow Ball for Deoxys-S. Thunder / Thunderbolt, perhaps? Given the common-ness of rain teams, it might be a good idea. Or maybe go physical and smash Tyranitar with Superpower (what Rupe said). Once again, I fail to agree with Berserker. Politoed's fine as is. Dunno what you think, but I like a Grass Gem more than a Fighting Gem on Breloom. Since the boost from the Gem applies to all strikes in a multi-strike attack, it could seriously hurt a switch-in. However, the Fighting Gem would be useful for when shit gets tight. More or less everything Roo the Baka said. Team works, but you don't need two Swimmers, perhaps a Scarfer. I recommend Starmie. Sounds stupid, but it works. In the words of Smogon, who says it better than I could: "While Choice Scarf seems like a very strange item to give to such a naturally fast Pokemon, Choice Scarf Starmie is a revenge killer in the strictest sense of the word. Its ability to not only outspeed +1 threats, but even some +2 threats, namely Dragonite locked into Outrage or lacking ExtremeSpeed, Gyarados, Cloyster, and Venusaur, really comes in handy. Though Choice Scarf looks similar to the Choice Specs set, it plays very differently, mainly because it's not meant to break down Pokemon; instead, it focuses on outspeeding and handily KOing threats. With a powerful STAB Hydro Pump, as well as BoltBeam coverage, Starmie has everything it needs to be an effective revenge killer. Furthermore, it is capable of crippling its most common switch-ins, as well as lead Deoxys-D, with Trick. As a bonus, Starmie retains its monstrous Speed even after using Trick." 8/10 is my rating as well. Two glaring weaknesses, but if you throw a Skarm in there somewhere (perhaps in the place of Deoxys somehow?) you have the weaknesses wiped out.

Evasion and OHKO are Showdown's clauses, and not programmed on PO. I'll explain them because last tournament someone didn't get the message Evasion includes: No Double Team or Minimize. However, Acupressure and Moody are permitted, as well as the items BrightPowder and Lax Incense, and the abilities Sand Veil and Snow Cloak. OHKO includes: No Horn Drill, Guillotine, Sheer Cold, or Fissure. But that really shouldn't be hard to figure out, and it usually isn't a problem anyway. Oh, and I'm signing up too.

I can see why you'd use Heat Wave, but...Unknown Guy...it's a rain team! *facepalm* Seriously? You probably didn't notice (maybe you did), but this team actually does surprisingly well against sand, especially with the Swine. Our piggy buddy rounds this team off well. However, beware of people who try to turn your rain into their favor. Your team is too specially focused. Chansey and Blissey are walling this team come hell or high water (the latter there'll be plenty of ) once Mamoswine dies. Ferrothorn will also wall this team to your wit's end. The only thing you have to outright KO it is Tornadus and Mamoswine, but Mamoswine will take Iron Barbs AND Life Orb damage, and Tornadus's answer to Ferrothorn has 70 accuracy. Jirachi will likely not be enough to break any of those Pokemon unless your opponent is out of options. 7.5/10 is my rating. Team looks sexy on paper, but it's very possible to have the entire team unravel when even one Pokemon falls.

Hey, me here. I hope you can keep control of the weather. If hail is up and Hippo's dead, you might be done for. Have you tried Mamoswine with Focus Sash / Endeavor-Ice Shard? On a team of sweepers, many of which not being able to take boosted hits well, it might save your ass. Celebi sounds cool in BL, but it's really not, and especially not on a sand team, even if it's of the bulky variety. Just not great on a tier full of Ice-types and Pokemon named Darmanitan and Heracross. You have so many better options, including Virizion (does better vs. Ice-types with its Special Defense and Fighting typing), Empoleon (fairly bulky special attacker which double-resists Ice, resists Water, and takes Grass surprisingly well) and a slew of others. You've got an offensively inclined team, so it wouldn't hurt to have a more defensively focused Pokemon. I recommend Quagsire. About Berserker's comment, Ditto's OU so don't worry about it. (EDIT: He changed the Pokemon mentioned to Smeargle, but even then it can't do much to you outside of Spore.) 7.5/10 is my rating.
