    hello

pikapikapikapikapikapikapikapikapikapikapikapikapikapikapikapikaBATCHU! Sup. You obviously know me.
  3. Were you not paying attention to E3 this past June? Granted, it was a little side announcement, but still. For the rest of you, here's an animated short similar to the one for Black 2 / White 2 http://youtu.be/UR4s-c7QvFY
  4. Ryan C here. Noticed that little to no discussion has been going on for the Pokemon game (understandably so), titled Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth. So, I was thinking about making a topic about the game, the possibilities that are to come, ways to shorten the stupidly long title, blah blah blah. Things I've gathered about the game so far: - Drastic gameplay improvement, including no restriction to grid system - Choose between Pikachu, Axew, and the Unova starters - It seems Virizion has a rather large role in this game, as does Keldeo - It is due for release in Japan next month - It looks like it will be like Fire Emblem 3DS where they'll see how it goes in Japan before they announce a release worldwide Other than that, Serebii has more details about the game (much more in fact). Personally, I've never played any Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, so I might not get this one, but are you guys anticipant of this game's release?
  5. I could write a kickass novel that would divert my attention from homework (and I wouldn't mind) but my problem would be where I live staying motivated through the whole thing.
  6. could be better, could be worse. Run it as lead if you're gonna run it at all.
  7. Hey hey hey, I'm here. -Steadfast...the ability is meh. If you're up against Air Slash Togekiss, you might be screwed. Also Jirachi resists Extremespeed so you might be in for a flinchfest either way. It sounds good, but Steadfast is mediocre, really. For protection against flinching, you need either: Ice Punch. Gives you a super-effective move to use against Togekiss. Inner Focus as you have to retaliate right away against a threat like Togekiss or Jirachi, otherwise your opponent gets a free Wish / Thunder Wave / something. Close Combat is the best you'll do against Jirachi unless you decide to run the rather unreliable Blaze Kick. -For Cloyster you need Rapid Spin in the place of Rock Blast, and then follow up with removing the ability Skill Link in favor of Shell Armor to block criticals. With coverage as great as Ice Shard/Surf, you can afford to sacrifice an unnecessary move in favor of supporting your team. -Zapdos needs Lightningrod to cover a weakness shared by Cloyster and Xatu. It could also stand to use Baton Pass to pass speed boosts to different Pokemon, notably Espeon to pump up Stored Power. -Xatu needs an attack move to have a chance in the event that it finds itself to be the last one standing. My recommendation is Psychic. Or, since you have Espeon, just get rid of Xatu altogether. For dual screens, try Levitate Bronzong with Gyro Ball, dual screens, and Hypnosis. My team rating is 5/10.
  8. Yo Nate, welcome to Reborn. I wish I could say I am a good battler. Unfortunately, I'm not a good battler, and I don't know why. I am, however, an excelent teambuilder, apparently. That said, I would like to present you with your own team, commemorating you for your entrance into this community. If you don't have a trustworthy team already then this one allows you to hit the ground running and put your name on the Reborn map. Go ahead and take it, I know this team works. See ya whenever.
  9. You guys just can't handle Brave's swag class.

Alright, time for me to chime in. Mr. Mime, with Charge Beam and Barrier, is a better user of Baton Pass than of Icy Wind, as Icy Wind has mediocre accuracy. You have a multitude of Pokemon that could reeeeeally benefit from those stat-ups. If you really want an Ice move, Ambipom learns Ice Punch. You're wasting your time trying to set up Spikes and Toxic Spikes, especially with Roserade. I say keep one and sack the other, replacing it with a coverage move like Hidden Power [Fire]. CInccino needs a move overhaul. Your moves are good, but you're gambling with each multi-strike hit you fire off, especially when you have better options. Here's my recommended set for Cinccino in this situation. Cinccino (M) @ (no item) / Life Orb Trait: Technician EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Covet / Return - Wake-Up Slap - Protect - Aqua Tail / Fling Looks ridiculous, but it works. Take a look at the first move. Yes, I did choose Covet. It has 60 power, meaning after STAB + Technician it goes to 135 base power and can ruin Pokemon by taking their item. Return, however, trades those commodities for more power. Wake-Up Slap is an extremely dangerous move on things that Breloom has put to sleep. Protect allows you to analyze what the foe is trying to do to you and perhaps throw something else in the way. Aqua Tail is there to fulfill the lack of Water moves, but Fling gets rid of items that are given to Cinccino if you choose Covet, not to mention that most items will have low enough base power that the Technician boost kicks in and it's super effective against Ghosts. Overall, team gets 7/10.
  13. I'm with Erick, Gliscor needs more than one attack. However, a SubSD set isn't bad on Gliscor because of its bulk. Protect works just as well as Sub here I guess. And with Deoxys-S having Stealth Rock, you can axe that on Gliscor in favor of Swords Dance. As for the other attack...you have a few viable options. Stone Edge, Double-Edge, Aerial Ace, Night Slash, they all work. I wouldn't really use Ice Fang though, it's too weak. Personally, I prefer Double-Edge as it grants near-perfect coverage except against Gengar and Mismagius but Gliscor shouldn't ideally be facing those one-on-one anyway as it will lose almost every time. Special Lucario actually IS viable in BW2 OU, just not that much with your team as the team overall needs a bit more physical presence. A Sashed set with Close Combat, Swords Dance, ExtremeSpeed and either Ice Punch or Crunch. Run Justified for the ability as Deoxys-S is your lead and thus you can switch Lucario into Crunch or Dark Pulse and BAM Lucario gets a +1. Be careful though as your Sash will be rendered useless. However the ability does provide some flexibility. Overall, the team as it stands gets 8/10 from me. Nice.
  14. I'm posting here just to point out that a couple derps have been herped on Ame's updated list, they're mostly from nitpickiness but it saves you guys from having to listen to some annoying kid say it. - Tornadus (original form, not Tornadus-T) is actually BL unless I missed something - Amoonguss is spelt wrong [s]but I'm really[/s][s] being an ass if I point that one out[/s] - A couple typos have been made in the LU section, including a missing space between Tangrowth and Torterra, and hinting that there's a Pokemon called Gurdurr Hariyama - I'm assuming Rotom (original form) is above NU yet it's nowhere to be seen on the list - Both Tornadus and Tornadus-T appear twice on the tier list, in both OverUsed and UnderUsed Do with them what you will, since they're little things, but again better I say it than someone else who's gonna go on about it.
  15. Herpy Birthday Amernderr we sherd sterk you on Skype hurr hurr hurr.

  16. Salamence. A Pokemon to fly around on. Also acts as a fierce protector for myself and what I care about Pachirisu. Would fulfill a childhood dream of having a squirrel as a pet. Simipour. It can keep water stored in its tufts so that could prove useful on long journeys. Zoroark. Would be fun to play games with as it could create illusions. Whimsicott. It's got cotton so maybe if it shed some of it I could use it to make a makeshift coat if things got tight. Audino. It could help me heal my injuries/illnesses or whatever better than Chansey or any of those.
  17. Generally, the rule is to post a set of your own as well, but I'll do one instead because I was looking for the page, too. Those Specs Are Not Just For Looking Badass Kyurem-W @ Choice Specs Trait: Turboblaze EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Draco Meteor - Ice Beam - Fusion Flare - Focus Blast Special sweeper, which with the right move can OHKO everything in the tier. Extremely threatening Pokemon, it's a shame that the Speed isn't higher. If the enemy doesn't resist Draco Meteor, it will in most likelihood die, especially with Stealth Rock support. Kyurem-W's other type is no slouch offensively either. Ice Beam is a way to fire at everything in the tier and most situations do a lot of damage; Multiscale users such as Lugia will not be a problem as Kyurem-W has a glorified Mold Breaker. The other two moves are coverage moves. Ferrothorn is seen in the Ubers, more than you think in fact, so Fusion Flare is a usable commodity. Focus Blast is my choice for the final move because it will hit Arceus, Dialga and other Kyurem super-effective.

  23. Baka should pair up with Inuki. You know how much troll those two could accomplish?
  24. Every day, more and more, I question Inuki's ability to take things seriously without some level of troll imbued in what he says.
