Edit: Scratch that, it can't learn Hurricane naturally. I looked it up to be sure. Seems to be the Fire Fang Magikarp situation. 1

You can get a third possibility for the egg reward : Blipbug with Expanding Force, a super cool move for a Psychic Type user like me ! I got this Pokémon some months ago, and I don't remember if it has other special moves. If someone could check that ! ^-^ SaurianFan, thanks for creating this documentation ! I don't know if this qualifies as a special move since they can get via move reminder anyway but.... whatever.
