I'm stuck on a chair

Basically I'm doing a bad ending run and I'm at the moment where you have to make a choice with the diamond (handing it, escape with it, or just wait) and I decided to hand the diamond (it gives 10 bad ending points) but now I'm stuck on this chair, is this normal or a glitch?

it's a glitch. it would be best to revert to a past save and run away instead of handing the time diamond over, which will still add towards the bad ending

Yeah unfortunately this is a soft lock that doesn't work. You need to load a different save and pick the escape option instead. Unfortunately, this means you need to get those ten points in another way, but it is pretty easy to tank your relationship with another (two) of the main characters to facilitate this.
