Hello Everyone. Has the title suggest is it possible???

Every mono type run is possible. Just gotta have a strategy for each battle when going forward with the run.

Yes. You can find Burmy in a headbutt tree in Seacrest's garden and evolve it to Trash Wormadam (gets Quiver Dance) before Julia, and after Julia you can catch Klink in the Railnet entrance from Obsidia.

If you're lucky you can get a Steel type from the mystery egg in Jasper

Edit:  Whoops, didn't see that it was for Rejuvenation. You can find locations for Steel pokemon in this guide if you need help:

They're talking about Rejuvenation, and I think Keta is going to be a staple on the early run. I think it may be important to get the Riolu early, but it can be viable

It's definitely viable, but you're going to struggle for a bit in the early game.
Piplup will be your only team member until after you obtain the first badge, so make sure you get one with decent stats that can carry you through  Venam's Gym.
Once you have access to Route 1, find a Pokemon that can use Headbutt and get yourself a female Trash-Burmy and a Pineco from the trees. Grind both up to level 20, when Burmy evolves into Wormadam. Wormadam learns Quiver Dance upon evolving, and if you get enough boosts, you can sweep through most battles with just her. She will also learn Confusion and Hidden Power to help with Keta, and a couple of other useful moves that you can learn through the Move Relearner in Sheridan. Pineco won't evolve until level 31, but it's got decent bulk, access to Sturdy, and learns Self-Destruct, a 200 base power move that is good for clearing the field during the early game.
Once you do all the story stuff in Amethyst Cave, you have access to Klink (use Electric Gem on a minecart), which means you can have a team of 4 by the time you reach Keta. Then it's just a matter of finding the right combination of moves, natures, abilities, and items to get through the Gym.
After living!Keta, you can get Onix and Nosepass to help with Carotos Mountain and spirit!Keta. Full team get! After that, you have access to Alolan Diglett, which evolves at level 26. It has decent attack and speed and might be good to have for Marianette.
If you need help finding Pokemon for a Monotype Run, I'd highly recommend this guide: https://www.rebornevo.com/forum/index.php?/topic/46013-rejuvenation-monotype-challenge-glance-guide/
It's the most up-to-date Monotype guide that I know of and a great resource.
Good luck!
