After that, head to Gearen Sewers and then walk to the place where you fought the Shiny Garbodor (head to the leftmost side and upward). You will find the Coin Case there. I've tried looking during the afternoon and at night and haven't came across it. Idk if its only found in the morning or it got moved or what. Do the Lost Camp quests and you'll open a shop that sells 'em. - I don't think so... Someone else may be able to confirm this.. - Same answer ^ - You cannot re-mine rocks yet.
