Aww, if Shiro even could, would Robert at the very LEAST be able to get the number to him? Otherwise, I doubt Robert could even have enough will on his own to battle. @Chim: By any chance, do you have the general location of Hoenn Academy, or maybe I just missed you say it before? If it'd be anywhere, my guess is Rustboro City. It kind of suits the place if you ask me.

Welp, it would happen after the meeting, seeing as Kiai picked up Shiro's aura from inside the dorms, so I suppose he'd be able to do that much, at least ~ I gotta know the answer to my previous question before writing the post, though, 'cause it would require me to change my initial idea.

Gates are usually closed unless there's a trip or something. But with the Winter Cup it's wide open. Expect severe punishment for those that leave the grounds though. I never mentioned it. Rustboro might be decent but probably too crowded to put down something similar as Ymora Academy. (Which isn't located in a city fyi) I'd say somewhere close to Mauville City or maybe even Slateport. I prefer the first location though.

Queen also has to be a Nidorina otherwise Chim's breaking his own rules (Level 26 is the soonest it could evolve).

Rhyhorn lvl 25 (Rhy, M), Nidorina (F, Queen), lvl 23, Grotle lvl 18 (M,not named yet), East-Sea Shellos (the blue one) lvl 23 (F, not named yet) The ones she uses in the tournament: Rhyhorn, Nidorina and Shellos.
