Claude's group w/ Kage "Sounds like a plan." Robert grinned and nodded, heading over to the remaining balloons and grabbing the green one's string first, opening the note to see just what clue it held for them.

Claude's group w/Kage "Huh... I guess that settles that then." Robert let out a soft chuckle as he turned to Kage, ready to go. Seeing as the other Flygons were covered, the choice between Green and Yellow was left. "Hmm, guess we have two to pick for starting off. Do you prefer either, or should I chose which we start off with?"

Claude's Group "That does make the most sense, though if we go now pairs and we have five people, won't that mean someone has to go at it alone?" Robert looks at Lucas and Kage curiously, wondering if he had just missed something. Even still, he was excited to see that something like this was the challenge they had in store, and was surprised that it was both a mental and Physical challenge. The Riolu and Espurr besides him were more so focused on the Flygons who were wrestling, seeming to cheer on the one with the Red bandana.

I'm sorry that I didn't take a first step, and that I have been busier than usual. I do wish to stay as long as I'm able to, and I'll put much more effort into being around more and posting faster.

Appoligies here as well. While irl has been a bit busy recently, I'll admit I should have put more effort into getting a reply off earlier.

Claude's Group Hearing Lucas decide, Robert turned to him, a smile on his face. Before then he was stuck between all the options, ready to go with any. But... If he did have a choice, he better voice one. "That is a good choice after all. And if he's asking us as a group... Yeah, yeah I'd vote for challenge too if that's how we're doing it."

[Claude's Group] "Hehe, as much as I'd love to see some of the wild Pokemon, Claude's right. School stuff that we could get in trouble for if we ignore it first, whatever we want when we have the time." *He smiles and gets up, feeling ready for the 'hunt'. "Besides, who says that the other groups aren't all different questions?"

[Claude's Group] Robert grinned and relaxed as he looks around at the group he was in, nodding back to the apparent leader. "Hmm, yeah that sounds like a good idea to start with. You're the one with the tablet and the goal after all." Kiai himself chuckled the girl who was trying to catch the Cottonee, actually enjoying how much she tried to catch that think by hand.

[Claude's Group] Robert turned in comfusion from looking around the area around them as he heard the unfamiliar chirping sound, being met with the sight of the Cottonee with a note that said 'Follow Me' stuck to it's head just before it turned around and headed away. "Huh... Well, I guess that's for us?" He shrugged and waved Kiai to follow as well, following the floating grass type to the table and arriving with the Riolu right besides him, looking around curious about the brand new area. "I was supposed to follow the Cottonee here, right? Or did I mess that up?"

Robert lets out a sigh of relief as he walks out of the 'lecture,' his Espurr walking besides him as things sunk in. To think it had been about a month at the Academy. The battles they had fought, all they had studied for and had been tested on, while not exactly the imagined 'dream come true', and more into a very nice reality. Especially with a second partner by his side. What kind of Pokemon do you wish to obtain during the excursion? Dragon Type Beldum or Larvitar Other And with this new message, it seemed to mean a third will likely be on the way. 'Esp?' Hearing the curious sound Robert looked down, the Espurr looking up at him with her usual wide eyes. "Oh, it's nothing, just about the trip, a question about a new possible partner for you and Kiai." She nods and stand still besides him, leaving Robert to look back to the Pokedex and answer the message. The Dragon option was defidently alluring, there were quite a few good Dragons he could choose from, so that's an easy yes. Other, that seemed great, though the type box made it seem they wanted a specific answer, which he didn't really have... "Let's just hope this fits In the text box..." He made sure to put 'undecided, all depends on the Pokemon personally'. After all, he wouldn't have felt right 'deciding on' Kiai or making Espurr be his, why start now. However, he didn't check the middle option. He wasn't really too interested in those two. Not exactly against it, but that box seemed more like 'if that's the goal'. With that he sent the answer, heading back to the dorms with Espurrtrudging along besides him.

Apologies for now seeing the update until today, things got hectic the day before and I saw a lack of activity every try before hand. I'll get a reply up ASAP. As for Dragons, if I do get one I'll likely get a Noibat, since Jetstream was ironically my best set Pokemon character. If someone else wants Noibat though, I'm sure I can get something else if even getting a Dragon.

Pokemon Crystal was my origin. Have played it many times, though I never got past the Snorlax In that game, and don't know it it works any more.

"Hehe, defidently was." Robert smiled back at Johnny with a nod, feeling that they did all they lost fair and square. Letting out a sigh of relief, he went onto the field to get to Izzy. She sighed when she saw him, disappointed that she lost the battle, that he had to make his was over to her. Her face changed, though, when he pulled an Oran Berry out for her. "You did good during that Izzy. Guess today was just one loss, hmm?" He grined the the Espurr with the Berry held out to her, and eventually she took it in her stubby hands and started to eat, much to both of their delight. As she finished she tried to get up once again with her regained strength, surprised to see the Riolu's paw held out to her as well. With a few cries coming from the Kiai, she nodded back and took the help, stumbling back to her feet as she grinned at her similar sized partner. Yes, this would be her team. And hopefully, it would be for the better, at least in her mind.

Johnny vs Robert While being able to hit with the Scratch, the Tackle had thrown her back and into the ground. While she did try Izzy failed to get up this time, stuck on her back with no energy left. While Kiai sighed from the sidelines at the loss, Robert smiled at how close they got. "Welp, guess you and Sylvia won this time Johnny."

Johnny vs Robert "Espurr-" Robert only had the time to call out, Espurr yelping as she was hit by the Stars before she'd be able to react, sliding back with her ears clenched. She was panting, still left standing. She felt she had one more hit in her, one more chance to turn around. "Espurr, are you-" Before he could finish she turned her head back and nodded, looking back at her opponent. "Okay... Espurr, try to finish it off with a Scratch!" She gave a slight grin as she heard the command, running to the Eevee with the glowing claw, ready to make the last stand.

Johnny vs Robert "Izzy, can you get up?" Though worried about her Izzy still got up, still ready to fight as Slyvia was running in for another attack. It was plain to see that the Eevee had the advantage at close-range... So perhaps the key was to try to get some distancing up. "Izzy, use Confusion at Sylvia." With a nod Espurr lifted it's ears just a bit, eyes glowing lightly as it launched a Psychic wave forward.

Johnny vs Robert "Izzy, prepare to Scratch it back!" The Espurr didn't need to respond before charging up the white claw again, trying to keep an eye on the target but it's evasive tactics making it difficult to keep track of and prepare a counter attack.

Johnny vs Robert Izzy was confused at how the Eevee not only avoided her head on attack, but didn't follow through with her own. She wasn't sure if the choice was good or bad, but it worked. Looking at where the Eevee was now, she saw the cutesy eyes, her own purple eyes showing a bit of regret. "Izzy, show them your own looks and Leer." Robert said confidently, watching the field and hoping his voice didn't come out as muc commanding as it did to a friendly request for her. While still a bit regretful she shook herself to attention, eyes glowing as she starred daggers at the Eevee.

Johnny vs Robert "Izzy, stand your ground and Scratch it back!" The little Espurr took a step back, paw glowing white as the Eevee ran towards it. And as it felt the Eevee get close, swipped it's glowing 'claw' down towards the normal type.

Kenny vs Robert Eevee(Sylvia) vs Espurr(Izzy) Moveset Eevee: -Swift -Tackle -Quick Attack - -Baby-Doll Eyes -Helping Hand Moveset Espurr: -Scratch -Covet -Confusion -Leer -Yawn "And same to you Kenny." Robert took is place on the other side of the field, with Espurr hoping out of his arms and walking onto the field. She felt ready to battle with the opposing Eevee, though her species' usual stoic face didn't really show much any emotion unless you counted 'focused' as one. Kiai followed suit and jumping off of Robert's shoulder so to not hinder the battle as he watched from the sidelines "Okay, we're ready. You can go ahead and take the first move if you want."

He turned as soon as he heard Kenny, grinning back at the friendly offer. "That sounds like a plan. You want to Izzy?" Kiai rolls his eyes at the mere fact that Robert asked such a question, but with an 'Esp!' and a nod, Izzy had gladly agreed to the battle as well. "Welp, guess it's agreed. Let's go ahead and have a good battle Kenny." With a smile on his face Robert walked towards the field Kenny pointed out, happy to get this vital step going.

Robert sported a big grin on his face when the time finally arrived, looking down at Kiai who was trying his best, but easily failing, to hold it in. Not only was their new partner just about to be decided, but the first battle here as well. Just the mere excitement had the Riolu jabbing at the air in anticipation. The sight of his partner being so excited brought a chuckle out, the trainer's mouth forming an even wider grin. "Heh, good to see you're excited Kiai. Though I'm... Not sure you're the one who needs to fight in this battle." While Robert let out a friendly chuckle as the end, the Riolu's eyes opened wide and with one final jab Kiai fell onto the ground, looking at his trainer in disbelief. "Oh come on Kiai, it's not like it's up to me. Trust me, we'll get you a good battle eventually, okay?" Though a bit annoyed, the fighting type gave a nod back as he sighed his name. Not like arguing it would actually work in this situation, sadly. "Good to see. Now, how about we grab our partner?" Robert patted the Riolu's head as he said that, with Kiai returning the grin and getting up to take lead for the search. Seeing the pokeballs set up by type and name, it took him a while to finally decide on first checking out the Psychic type table. Maybe it would have been easier to choose a new partner if they were out in the open, but... It was a school after all, there was a reason to be this organized. Looking over the Psychic-type pokeballs, one in particular caught his eye. Taking a further look he saw the name under it as 'Espurr.' Without a work he took the pokeball in his hands, seeing as it was the first one to take his attention. "Okay then, Espurr. Come on out!" With the usual white light the purple cat-like Pokemon appeared infront of him, eyes wide and mouth showing a neutral expression, with said Pokemon giving a questioning 'Esp?' in return. "Hello Espurr, my name's Robert. Would you like to be friends?" With a friendly smile Robert awaited the Espurr's answer, giving it a questioning look with it's wide eyes before blinking and giving a small nod to agree. "Really? Yes! Good to hear." After the agreement, Kiai had moved over to Robert and the new member, looking it over. "Okay Kiai, Espurr's gonna be out new team member from now on, okay?" The Riolu quickly looked over at his trainer and nodded, looking back at the purple cat. It seemed... Interesting. Hopefully it would be able to pull it's weight. "Hmm... oh yeah. I should check Espurr with my Pokedex huh?" As soon as he could Robert pulled out his Pokedex, scanning the purple cat with it and looking over the screen happily. "Hmm, that Empty space... Oh, that's for a nickname, right?" Without needing an answer he pondered for a second, looking back down once he came up with an idea. "How about... Izzy? Do you like that Espurr?" Turning away from Kiai, Espurr gave a very slight grin before nodding back at Robert. "I'll take that as yes." He smiled and bent down, picking up the Psychic type gently while Kiai jumped on his shoulders. "Okay, now let's find you a battle."

Well, I only started making personalities since I started RPing... But still. lolBut yeah, I nickname my Pokemon whenever it's even possible.
