Actually, it seems like that there's more chances that Huey is Lord Xenadin's reircarnation after his death there, so despite what you said makes sense, I think Vitus was not there at the accident. OR. He made the same thing with Young Mr Blakeory and "corrupted" Lord Xenadin to do the attack. If Sakibot's quest was completed and she beated Amanda, she will appear at Eclypsia Pyramid and attack Madame X, cracking the helmet, showing part of her face: red eyes and black hair. We know that Anathea, originally, had black hair too, maybe she lost her "power", I don't know. Luckily enough, the dev team made Yveltal's battle 100% possible in all of the modes, since Decimation cannot one-shot anymore and it's its only move (Bronzong, Froslass, it's your turn to beat the bird), so we can see the lose dialogue. "Father, I have lost", makes sense to be much more Maria for me, since Melanie mentioned Father and (pay attention to this) Madame X even knew what would happen if someone got too physical contact with her. The only one I know Vitus can manipulate easily is Maria, thanks to prologue and Marianette's events, with her forgetting everything happened before. Gardevoir knew about Garufan spells, so, if she knew, Vitus probably did. And, if Madame X has something with Vitus (Yveltal with Soul Stone...mmmmh...), she probably knew them too. Makes sense for Ren, Madelis, Eli and Sharon not quit, even if they wanted to do it, plus the Deathwing knew that too.

Strangely enough, with GDC's fortuneteller, we might know 3 of these lights: The strongest one, which I think it's Interceptor, so us, after all his powers are still unknown, due to the low informations about Adrest, the "second half of the original deity who died not long after his survival to the meteorite" and the Interceptor's "true form" I guess. The one with a golden soul could be easily Melia or even Erin, Allen and Alice, but I highly doubt that. The one with the desire of leading others is Aelita. The last one is someone who lost its lost one, but still unknown. About the lights not born from man, the first 3 currently match the criteria: The MC was dead long ago, but taken back to life thanks to Crescent's magic, plus Adrest's soul with him and MC's true soul that was "taken from another world", sure the dude/gal had gone through a lot to be alive. Maria, Allen, Erin and Alice were all taken to life thanks to Archetype's powers, so they are not completely born from man. Plus, Melia's origins are still unknown. Aelita is only Vivian and Taelia's reircanation due to Vivian's Curse, so there is anything related to man in her birth. The last soul is problematic: Ren, Reina, Amber and Venam are surely not, due to all being born from man, after all. Huey is still unknown how he was born, but I highly doubt he has powers or something. By most chances, Crescent could fill very well these criterias, despite her actitude and her unknown origins. But she had lost her loved one, NPC MC and the others, after all: they were all merged into one, with our choosen MC the only one conscious. Nim is another choice, but...she's literally Storm-9 and, despite her being Nymiera's reircarnation, there is something suspicious in her powers. I don't know, honestly.

Actually, it's in V13 that the Rejuv MC got a great development, thanks to the complete revamp of the entire story, early game included. Now, the character is more able to show his/her/their emotions with options and dialogue choices, plus from midgame, the MC got a great part of the lore's spotlight.

MC' s breakdown will be like: "Wait a second...I died 3 times, saved the world countless times by beating a terrorist organization capable of destroying the world and creatures who're acting like gods, travelled between present and past like it's a normal thing, resolved teenagers' problems, cheated death again and again, learned that my mother is not real and I am probably a part of god or I am a semi-god myself, learned that I am here to protect the world and you don't trust me? Well, this is bull*** ! My mum-box and I are leaving!"

Remember what happened with Vivian: if we change something in the past. not intended by fate, those actions will affect the future, maybe in good ways, maybe not. Taking the mysterious book from the old house in Kugearen to save Rift Mons is one of those actions. Same with the Interceptor going around time and space: their movements through these two were not intended (Madame X said that Interceptor being in Kugearen is something she never saw before). But that's just a theory, since Interceptor is one the most mysterious being in the game and, still, we don't know if actually the present were build around Interceptor's presence in past.

The strange thing is that Kieran already knew that inside NPC!MC there is the Interceptor and, the first time, he helped them with Valor Mountain and then, in Chapter 13, said that "blocking memories is bad for health", meaning that he knew the thing and he'll go against us all the times we meet him. Why helping us if we are the only person who can block them? (Clear stated that Interceptor has higher chance to win against them). He came to know that the Interceptor is living, after their first death in Valor Mountain?

Maybe because he wanted to weaken her and company, due to her mysterious crush for Blakeory, making her weak or something, but that's just a theory... For a moment, I thought that maybe Nymiera said that before "dying"(?) and maybe reincarnated into Nim, but I'm not so sure

Is it possible that somehow MC already did something when "Nim was sent to Damien and Alexandra"? For me, it's so strange that MC's name is Nim's first word and she said like "watch out, MC!" or something. Regarding Nihilego...we got to know that UBs are somehow pretty important for the story (Storm-9, Rift Stakataka and Clear and Kieran having Ultrabeasts), but still we don't know much after this or if they can control someone (like you said Nymiera). It was all revealed in Ch15...

I think you can find what you're looking for in the Hub of the Rejuvenation's part of this forum. Plus, I suggest you to restart the game, it got so much changes: maps, timeline order, characters you can choose, sidequests,... So many changes that it's difficult to write them here.

Mosely quest will finish when she gives you Starly, indeed there was the "eye point". The Challengers I mentioned them with "4 Star Shards", meanwhile I don't know if the Kyogre you are talking is the one who trap Tesla, Amber and Madelis at Valor Mountain raid.

Latios and Latias shiny are Alexandra and Damien's but as lore, not difficulty. Phione is not so legendary and Rayquaza is just a machine, not the true Rayquaza. If Ancient ad Techno Garufa are from the same timeline, it's possible, maybe they come from the world reset, like we know from Eclypsia Pyramid being a ship which has such an advanced technology to let survive memories of its members from Reset, alongside the one who made the Reset. Indeed, our "crew" had suspect that MC is maybe the one who made the reset (in my run, they were convinced that I did that for a good reason and giving chances to another world). The Reset is confirmed to be made at least once in past.

We have to understand how much big is the difference between the Techno Garufa Inc and the ancient Garufa civilization. If Reshiram and Zekrom can truly be a thing and what happened when Protectors went to battle Vitus in the Underground Sanctuary (since we saw that Hazuki survived but because she was left behind and Anju was trapped somehow, meanwhile Nymiera is unknown, but Nim, when she was born, said something like: "*Player*!") and why the Yveltal has a Soul Stone truly.
