  2. I'm just so proud that after 2hours of trying to find the solution for the puzzle this Gym is that I could beat it, that I wanted/needed to share it. I tested extensively, and it seemed completely impossible. I couldn't set sweepers, their pokes were too damn fast and hit too damn hard, I barely had options to change fields, as I had to Focus Sash only to set Electric Terrain, up until I found a way into tricking the AI to make a switch that gave me the upper hand. In my opinion, being very unexperienced in competitive pokemon, but having learned these past 2 years a lot by just playing Reborn/Rejuv on their Hardest difficulties; I'd say that this was the hardest fight I've had so far. I hope it doesn't get worse from here onwards, or I doubt I'll make it to the end. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HLd4NdwUV8ntcae_htT8L6C44lHLa78v/view PS. Thanks for the all the community tools (Monotype guides with pokes per gym, Items/Pokes locations, etc).
  3. I like early on going for Covet on Grimers, which yield 5k Nuggets. After that point I usually dont have issues with money. I think pickup used to be better before, because I'd also get insane amounts of money with it but it felt like now it's nerfed. It still probably is just payday+pickup team, and rebattle trainers as you said.
  4. I am playing V13 in Intense difficulty and so far, it made me lvl couple more pokemons than what I remember leveling up back then, but I haven't trained a single EV, and I'm doing just fine. I do find myself swaping pokemon in battle a lot more tho, since I cant use items either. I dont like the change. But it does not make the game impossible, it just forces you to find the correct counters and workarounds now. I do think that monoruns are impossible with most of types now tho. In v12, I ended up realising that it was just better to play 2 tanks and spam revival herbs when I needed to. It was stupid. I picked Torchic and honestly, I haven't used it in most of the fights so far, I'm usually just getting mons that have immunities and utility to swap around like crazy in order to succeed in fights
  5. Hey mate, sorry to bother you on this oldish thread. Have you actually check that all these pokemons are holding those items? Because I've found some of them, but I killed some others SEVERAL times, with compound and haven't had any luck. I dont have a poke with frisk, but I've a Compound without equiped item on the first slot, and I'm getting SOME of these sucessfully, and others are tons of minutes wasted. Thanks!
  6. Hello! I'm having the same issue that I saw couple people having. After I win SOUTA and go to HoH (end of Chapter 12) when I go down towards the School District I see no Erin on the entrance through Route 9. Since this is my first time playing Chapter 13 I was not aware of the bug, so I just entered the School District and even explore sections of the desert looking where the Story would progress. The problem I've is I never saw Erin at the door, not activating the scene that would send me towards the library, therefore not beeing able to progress on the main story. I heard the solution for this would be to go before I ever went to Route 9 and re-do everything without going to the tournament area ever. Sadly in Hardcore mode and for me, being a bit casual when it comes to Pokemon that means a lot of gameplay again. I was wondering if it was possible to place Erin on the entrance to Route 9 or at least skip that scene and send her towards the library so I can continue the gameplay. If it wouldn't be possible then maybe, I'll come back to the game later at some point and lower difficulty to rush through and try without ever going into the tournament, and test if that's actually the problem I've had. Thanks in advance. (I'm using V12.2) Game_2.rar
