Me, working up the courage to post this asdf- okie so I haven't really been an active member of the community for a super long time despite being a member of the forums for like? A year and a half? Send help. I am merely a childe in the community, but like, genuinely,, becoming more active has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Every time I step into the server or the forums and see someone being sweet, kind, hilarious, or totally goofy (or all of the above), a smile is just instantly brought to my face. To me, the Reborn community has been one of those places where you know you've only been there not-very-long, but it feels like it's been a lifetime. And just like? Wow. I appreciate that so much. Even if I forget to mention you (I don't know many people's usernames on the forums, ack-) I appreciate you more than the world! You, the person reading this! You are loved and appreciated and I'm glad you exist (Okay so I am coming back to edit this after I'm like. 3/4 done with writing all of these because I did not expect to ramble as much as I did. My bad but like I love yall. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.) Okie! Let me get started~ @andracass I. literally adore you so much asdfsdf I don't even know how to put it into the words. I was like. mildly intimidated at first? But like,, upon getting to know you? You're so genuine, and so sweet, and so kind, and I count myself so lucky that I've been able to get to know you a little better recently because you are literally such a gem of a person and deserve the world. You're so sweet, have such a good sense of humor, and always make me laugh and smile. You're such a positive and kind light and along with Ame, are such an inspiration for the community, and I just catch myself like, inexplicably smiling whenever I see you pop up in chat to say hi. I literally remember like, sitting there while I was on my break at work and thinking in my head "god is this real I've literally died and gone to heaven" when you and Ame messaged me for the first time about Starlight because I was,, so excited ahh.. Thank you for all you've done, you're such an inspiration to me along with Ame, the time and love and care that you put into development is so admirable and I,, literally love you. Thank you for being you and I hope we can grow closer in the future as well I love and appreciate you so much! I hope the day treats you well today, because you deserve all that and more. @Amethyst I,, wow I genuinely do not have the proper words in my head to express everything, asdfj- I am booboo the fool. You honestly make me smile so much and I just get like. inexplicably happy being able to talk to you. You have always been an inspiration to me, even back before I didn't know you well, and honestly, Reborn as a whole has really been a big part of my life and has helped me through some difficult bits of life back when I was younger so I really just... cannot thank you enough for everything. Just like I said with Cass, I am,, genuinely the luckiest person to have been able to get to know you a little better recently, because I genuinely love and appreciate you so much and am so, so beyond excited to be able to work with you and Cass and the rest of the Starlight team. You are so kind, so sweet, and are such a good, genuine, creative, brilliant person, and everything I see from you just amazes me more and more. You've been so helpful and kind with advice, feedback, and tips, and I just catch myself feeling so grateful at the most random times to be able to be a part of development, even if I'm so, so new to it. Thank you for taking a chance on me ;_; I won't let you down! I want to let you know you are loved and appreciated, and I hope your day is amazing today @Ikaru I do also want to thank you and the rest of the Reborn team for your brilliant and hard work! Like I said to Ame, the game has been very dear to me throughout a lot of my life, through the best times and the worst times. I love the thought and love poured out within the story, the depth of the characters, and the uniqueness of it. Thank you for all that you do, while you probably get this all the time I just want to let you know that you all are loved and appreciated more than I can put into words, not just for the brilliant work you do but also just for you as people, the people behind the development of a game that I have incredible fondness for. I cannot thank you enough. Thank you. @Jan While we haven't been able to talk as much, I just genuinely do not have the proper words. While I can and will gush about my love and adoration for Rejuvenation, as I only really got into it relatively recently but have absolutely not regretted it. It's such a unique experience with such depth that I'll catch myself rambling and theory-crafting and then it's like "oops I've been at this for literal hours." The characters, the world, are so charming, so unique, and the story is unbelievable. The depth and layers within the story, and the characters' relationships, just how attached I've grown to some characters is really testament to just how talented y'all are at this. Finding a story-focused game with so many other brilliant aspects just makes me go absolutely wild. I love being able to support you, and get to know you a little bit better through the Arcade, even though we haven't got the chance to talk all too much, I just want to let you know you are appreciated, more than I can put into words. You are such an inspiration within the community, and as a person, just so down-to-earth, kind, and absolutely hilarious. I hope that we can maybe get to know each other a little better in the future! I really appreciate you as a person, and as a friend, and as a developer, and I cannot thank you enough for all the joy that you've brought me ;;; I hope that you're taking care of yourself, as I worry about you too! You really were what inspired me to join the community and become more active and honestly? I can't thank you enough for that as you have introduced me to something that has genuinely brought me so much joy. It's been insane to see how much you've improved and by god it makes me so proud. You are so unbelievably lovable and talented and have put so much effort into practicing art, music, spriting, et cetera, and like? It makes me so unbelievably happy and proud to see how much that's paid off. You are genuinely one of my favorite artists and biggest inspirations and all the work that you do for Rejuvenation is drop dead insane. The gorgeous music, beautiful sprites, charming VS portraits, and everything else, you're,,, literally brilliant?? I could gush for hours about how much I adore your work because WOW but like. you as a person? Are so amazing that that deserves to be said too. While we haven't gotten the chance to talk all too much you are so hilarious, and so kind, and just like, I'll die for you on the spot if you asked. It's been a literal honor to be able to meet you and get to know you better and I'm just? so happy that you exist. You're such a kind, cool person and the silliest moments in your Discord server make me absolutely crack up and always make my day. I am just an absolute fool and too shy to reach out in DM and say hi but like.. I would love to get to know you better in the future aaa and I think you're super cool? You are genuinely one of the sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet, and I literally will never stop gushing over your writing and TT because I love how much passion and love you put into your work.
