Uh, I understand how you feel. For me it was a bit the same as I hate Gardevoir, but luckly less people talk about her than Incineroar. However many pokemon would be cooler than both
-
Murkwater surface is the key. Use a seed salandit to toxic the water, than stall with drought, bulky mons and most importantly quiver dance volcarona/sash Salazzle. It should be pretty easy afterwards
-
For in-game battles, stall/defense is hard to pull off and requires very good pokemon but is duable. I've had a very satisfying run with Gastrodon, Venusaur and other defensive mons. However, defensive cores are especially good in online battles. Toxapex is probably the strongest pokemon in the tier straight after Aegislash and Naganadel, and Tangrowth is an interesting pick too, and nature power comes so much in help with random field. Gliscor and Skarmory are both very good pokemon but I suggest you to play Gliscor or maybe both of them to get more type coverage. As for the mega, CharX is the best mega to fit in the team as is the best setup sweeper, the best mega after Mawile (that wouldn't fit much your team) and one of the strongest fire types. You can also play Volcarona however if you have another mega in mind. As a last slot, you can play a supporter like Silvally Z-parting shot or Clefable Of course this ideas are for OU battles, not for the story

Use it jolly with Fake Out Return Encore and HJK. Power-up Punch and Ice Punch are also valid alternatives according to what you need for in your team. Lopunny is especially good in this metagame as is one of the best leads to check Naganadel and is good aganist Tyranitar, Hydreigon, Flygon, Aegislash and a bunch of pokemon that are particularly good in this meta with very few fairies and intimidates. Also, the low usage of stealth rock and spikes helps much Lopunny's switch in. It's a pick with good matchup aganist most of the top tiers and are mot many the pokemon who can freely switch in and take hits. I suggest you to play it with supports aganist Blaziken, Conkeldurr, Breloom, Kommo-O, MPinsir, Volcarona, and all that stuff that can take a hit and ko back Lopunny or setup on it. Toxapex is very good at stopping them, while Naganadel can sweep a weakened team and is good with certain fairies that stop Lopunny as Togekiss, Clefable or Silvally-Fairy. AV Tyranitar is good aganist opposing Naganadels, while you need Volcarona or Arcanine to stop Mmawile and Aegislash. As a last slot, I suggest you to play Skarmory or Gliscor, good flying types that can support your team with defog and general bulk. If you want you can find alternatives to Naganadel as Blaziken, Ferrothorn or Tangrowth if you want to have a different playstyle and most importantly play different types finding also alternatives to Arcanine or Volcarona. However, Lopunny, Toxapex, Tyranitar is your solid core to bring you far in a game. Wish/Z-Parting shot support is also nice, Clefable and Silvally would fit well your team

In ep18 we got confirmed that the Byxbysion Wasteland will get cleaned in ep19. So I was asking... what will happen to this section? Will it get obsolete? However, until then this is still our favourite Wasteland so let's do something cool and trash at the same time As Byxbysion has the very funny festure of presenting random elements from random places, everyone should post here something interesting but completely out of place, like saying, in a pokemon discussion... Did you know that the fear of palindromes is known as aibohphobia?

Don't you feel the power? Soon everything will be corrupted... including YOU Everyone will fall to the power of phazon, darkness, soul-devouring abilities and a normal roll. The 20XX veterans and the one other one who tried to imitate them but failed (Bayonetta) will all try to take on her, but will miserally fail Numbers will not help Tactics will not help Friends will not help Nothing beats pure, unbrindled power Everyone will fall to Dark Samus

As of being one of the really few players to have analyzed Reborn metagame quite in-depth I can tell you what I think of Hydre/CharX It might seem strange, but Charizard is ome of the best megas to play with Hydreigon. As most good Fairies are not in the game, like Tapus or Magearna, or are just worse in this metagame like Mimikyu or Gardevoir the worst dangers for an Hydreigon are Mawile, Clefable, Blaziken, Garchomp, MegaMedicham or Volcarona. The huge presence of Toxapex, Aegislash and most importantly Naganadel is very discouraging for many fairies while others such as Clefable or Mawile usually have a very hard time aganist CharX. The team will need support aganist pokemon as Primarina, Blaziken and faster dragons, and Toxapex might come in help here. However, what's important to say here it's that altough they are both dragons in this specific metagame which is very good for Hydreigon they are actually a good team, as Hydre can check Charizard threats like Toxapex or even a defensive Aegislash behind a substitute that can be nasty in 1v1 for a Charizard. As a fourth member I suggest someone with a good matchup aganist Medicham which creates disasters in this team if catch it off guard. Togekiss Sylveon and Silvally-Fairy are all good pokemons that can switch in a Medicham and kill it while also providing a bit of support to the team. Additionally, defog is mandatory while playing a Charizard team, as stealth rocks are strangely uncommon in this meta but still present. I suggest you to play Darkinium/Draconium Hydreigon with dual stab earth power and a coverage among flamethrower flash cannon or surf. Another option is running a sash/haban berry set to ruin the party to Naganadel Charizard and Garchomp but it's pretty situational. As a fifth slot use someone with a good matchup with Naganadel as AV Metagross and for the last pokemon a defogger, if you don't have one, or maybe someone good aganist a ddance Tyranitar as Gliscor. It dies to Ice Punch, but it wont be used as it would mean not using one of the stabs or eq and you can adapt accordingly with Metagross, Hydreigon or Toxapex. Now you have a pretty solid Reborn singles team and I think I will test it on my own, I've had much fun in writing this. See ya!

Help with the final Devon magic square puzzle
Lorisaur replied to Serenity5112's topic in Reborn City
Uh, I had a similar pattern in my run so try this 1) get your row3 three under the left square 3 2) down column 2 3) get row3 5 under the other 5 4 3 8. 6 7 2 9 3 1 1 5 9 4 2 7 6 5 8 4) get your 8 under the 3s and press down 4 8 8. 6 7 2 9 3 1 1 5 9 5 3 4. 2 7 6 5) get the 5 under the 5s and press down 4 8 8. 6 5 2 9 3 1 1 7 9 4 2 7. 6 5 3 6) get the 5 under the 3 and 8, press up, press right/left 3 times in row3 4 3 8. 6 5 2 9 5 1 1 7 9 4 2 7 6 8 3 7) press right 2 times row 3, than press down 4 3 8. 6 7 2 9 5 1 1 5 9 8 3 4. 2 7 6 8: press 3 times left/right row 3 4 3 8. 6 7 2 9 5 1 1 5 9 2 7 6 8 3 4 9) you did it!!!!! 10) don't forget to memorize the code! You'll need it for a subquest in Agate City. Enjoy your rewards! P.S. doing it by mind was not easy at all -
Do you guys belive we'll be able to organize a tournament with this metagame? Who would be interested?
-
In ep18 there are a couple more differences
-
Ouch I've turned off reborn and I don't know how much time I will be online tomorrow. Probably, at 12.15 italy timezone
-
You're welcome! Hope you appreciate the egg move sticky web and thanks for the Froakie!!
-
no, because I'm gonna clone it and fix ivs/evs/nature of one of them to only use it online. I come on btw
-
I have! Do you want it hacked shiny or normal? In return, Froakie is just fine
-
You can breed, or if you want I can trade you them. An any abra/loudred is good
-
Wait, is choice scarf in the game? I belived we only had band and specs... However, I think the best misty terrain support for this team is amplified rock whimsicott, who can even try a memento or an encore if he does not die in his first turn. Gastrodon one of the best mist toxicer as he can even resist a draconium nasty plot naganadel in a misty terrain. Gengar is also very good (maybe sash?) to use clear smog aganist grass types that would instead be nasty for Gastrodon. Steel types are not an answer to this strat as field effects occour as the same. Gengar should also run Taunt as people who know this strategy will want to send in a defogger to disrupt it. As for the pokemon who take advantage of the corrupted mist, we have Gengar itself, Salazzle and of course Naganadel. As a Mega, I would probably use Mawile
-
I personally think that almost 1 team out of 3 will have Naganadel as it's clearly the defining pokemon of this metagame so Pyukumuku might even find a bit of ussge (maybe) or at least is not complete garbage. Salazzle is TRULY impressive in corrosive mist field btw, very few pokemon can stop him... another good pokemon for Naganadel is Noivern. One of the only pokemon that can outspeed and kill it while holding an item
-
Pyukumuku can kill Naganadel by blocking him and stalling with spite or soak+toxic. Quagsire seems a bit less solid because can't switch in a Z move Naganadel so easily but is more versatile. Tyranitar is good, but needs wish support to continuously check Naganadel during the game. However, it's of course a top tier pokemon
-
WHAAAAT this means that ANY grounded serene grace has a 100% freeze rate using secret power. That's huge. However, it's pretty slow as a strat and after few turns the rainbow fades. if everything goes well, you have no more than 5 attacking turns. and this costs 3 pokemons. I'm not sure it's worth... but certainly I'll test it.
-
The tapus will be like in vgc: everyone has his tapu, but the team does not absolutely need it. It's just a nice tool, nothing more, or a disruption for an opponent HEY WAIT A MOMENT: IS PYUKUMUKU THE BEST NAGANADEL CHECK???
-
How do you create it? By sending in a Pelipper while it's sunny? It's not easy at all... but I will try to build a team around it. Does the rainbow field boost pokemon with serene grace? Same question with freezing in icy field
-
No I'm stupid it's still unavailable, sorry. As a Mega, you may play CharX Mawile or Lopunny, possibly three of the best megas in the game
-
Of course it will be a completely different meta once ep19 comes out but hey I think it will be in late2019/early2020 so we have all the tome to develop a metagame and play some tournaments To answer ShadeStrider, the game prevents the players from playing random matchups and wonder trades of they have an illegal pokemon, item or move in their team and advices them they have at least one when they go online Also, I did not consider at all the field effects while writing, this means that pokemon like naganadel become absolute monsters in some terrains, as Toxapex is immortal in a murkwater surface
-
Which are the contradictions with the official games besides the completely different atmosphere Reborn has?
