  1. Welp, I stand corrected. Still looks like Walrein can't get Avalanche.
  2. Walrein appears to only get Avalanche by TM. Breeding won't do you any good. I looked for Avalanche in the Item Guide and it isn't listed, so the TM doesn't appear to be in the game. Unfortunately it's not possible to get Avalanche onto Walrein just yet.
  3. Offered Shiny Pokemon corrected/updated. (I am also again able to breed Pokemon.)
  4. Solid team. Without knowing exactly what items you have, you could put Charcoal on Arcanine to boost Flamethrower. With Luna, make sure you know what her field does and how you can turn it against her, or destroy it to even the battle. I've never used a Krookodile before so I don't know if they're bulky or not but I have a feeling Arcanine, Breloom and Krookodile might not tank m/any hits while her field is up, especially if those moves are super effective. If I recall correctly, she leads with Bisharp. My advice is to lead with Breloom and either put her Bisharp to sleep up and/or take it down before it can get rocks up. If they're up, Arcanine and Araquanid are gonna take a lot of damage on switch-in. With it being a dark type gym your Gardevoir isn't going to be massively useful unless you pick your moments and find a spot where she won't get straight up OHKO'd. A Calm Mind or two might be useful with a Moonblast but again, watch the field.
  5. Thanks for your time and effort in updating these rules. I do struggle to understand and remember things sometimes, so please forgive me if I missed the point or overlooked something which basically says this. If I have, please correct me. But I'd like to make a suggestion, if I may. I think there still ought to be a way for users to redeem themselves after making errors or getting large amounts of points -- some sort of community service that, when completed, takes off a point or two. While I understand that some people may abuse them, we shouldn't let a few rotten apples spoil the opportunity for those who genuinely want to improve or redeem themselves. My idea is that the warnings stay permanently as you've implemented, and don't drop off, but they can be removed through good service. Perhaps a task is completed for the benefit or betterment of the site and the user demonstrates they understand what rule was broken, why it's there, and what the rules surrounding that area are. In that way it's crystal clear they've learned what the rule is that they broke and have less chance of breaking it again. If someone's just here to be a troll, I doubt they'd want to do work just to be able to continue acting disruptively, so that might act as a deterrent. But, perhaps, there's a grace period where, if they break another rule, the completed service is nullified and the lost point is re-added alongside any other points if any new points are earned. I feel that would keep people from abusing the system by completing service and then breaking more rules. And regardless of the outcome, whether the user is banned or forgiven, the site runs smoother as a result of them having completed their task. That's the idea in a nutshell. I'll throw it out there just in case it's something that hasn't been considered. Again, please correct me if I've missed the point. I sometimes do. xD Edit: And @Sirius , I'm not sure that would work. People could just lie in an effort to get out of trouble, and as ZEL said, personal circumstances aren't an excuse for acting up. They could be considered, sure, but how would we know the liars from the people genuinely struggling?
  6. Unless he backed up his save file at a point where he had the EXP Share I don't think it is.
  7. Ready. I'll send the request.
  8. I have your three waiting. Let me know when you're ready. What's your username?
  9. Your Squirtle and Popplio are ready. I've also fetched Misdreavus since I didn't actually have it. I'll breed you an egg. Would you consider adding Piplup to the list so we trade Squirtle, Misdreavus and Popplio for Charmander, Totodile and Piplup?
  10. Sure. I'll breed your Pokemon now and put them aside -- message me when you're ready to trade. Is there anything else you're looking for?
  11. I can breed you a Popplio and Squirtle. In exchange, could you breed me a Charmander and Totodile?
  12. I decided to try this out of curiosity and I'm having a problem with (apparently) movement? As soon as I click New Game I hear the collision sound of a character bumping into something and this sound continues until the end of the opening cutscene. Motion afterwards is fine, however, up to the Grand Hall. As soon as I select my starter and fight Cain, when he takes me down to the Pokemon Centre to heal, my character walks straight down into the wall and endlessly collides with it and I'm unable to do anything else. Has anyone got any suggestions for this problem? It's like Twitch Plays Pokemon all over again .
  13. I have a Squirtle. I can breed from it and hatch an egg to trade you. Do you have any starters? I already have Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Mudkip, Popplio, Cyndaquil, and Rowlet, so I'm not looking for those. Unfortunately I don't have the items you're looking for.
  14. Actually I think Cain would call just so he could flirt with the player. Something also tells me he'd accidentally buttdial us while he's busy "having fun" with other people. A phonecall feature would also be useful for in-game though, like getting a call from someone right as something's going down meaning we have to run all the way somewhere to provide back-up. Player vs Team Meteor, Team Meteor's demanding a key we "don't have", suddenly Victoria calls -- "Cain said he gave you the Ruby Ring five minutes ago" OHGEETHANKS
  15. @boomdiada_ Message me, or post in my trading thread in Online Play. Will get you sorted.
  16. Through breeding or trading with other players. I checked Gastly in the location guide but it wasn't listed as being encounterable anywhere else. Apparently the Abra you get from 7th Street is needed for a mission so it's best if you breed from that rather than using the actual Abra itself. I do, however, have a Gastly I got via wondertrade and my Abra from 7th. Message me, I'll breed you eggs from my pairs.
  17. Look on the left hand side of the screenshot, just under your Pansage's name and level. There's a little white star inside Lugia's wing. Is that not a shiny marker?
  18. Not sure if this is right but...
  19. @CodeCass I don't know if they have any left but @Walpurgis was giving Dewpider away in this thread. They haven't put up a notice saying they're out so you could possibly get one from her.
  20. For some reason I'm drawn to Litten for Flannery. Torchic would be my second suggestion. None of the others really fit her character.
  21. Grass type. You have water and fire but no grass type.
  22. WHO SUMMONED ME If you have Flygon with your current set-up, half your team is weak to fairy and ice (Ches, Krook, Fly). If you add Honchkrow you'll still have half your team weak to fairy and ice (Ches, Krook, Honch). I'd aim for something that compliments your final five and checks that weakness (or at least doesn't add to it). If you're running into Radomus's gym next the last thing you want is a poison type. On the chess field it'll go down like a sack of bricks. From what I've seen of Cofagrigus, it can be incredibly bulky. Never used one but it could be useful?
  23. I downloaded the game a few hours ago and started playing. During playthrough I found a random shiny Poliwag. Has anyone else caught a shiny? Does anyone know what the shiny rate is?
  24. As a basic rule, try to have a fire type, a water type, and a grass type. Not only is it symbolic of the three starters, they offer good coverage and can check each other's weaknesses. How much do you remember of Pokemon?
  25. With regards to Radomus, I'm on the fence. He's enigmatic for sure and a bit eccentric, but I wonder if the reason he invited El in to become his butler was to figure out what the hell was going on with El and Luna. Luna's behaviour with regards to El is clearly abnormal, and Radomus is partnered with a talking Gardevoir whose career is in information/journalism. They might have known something was up and accepted El in to keep an eye on him, and to find out more about him in case something happened to Luna. The age-old adage: keep your friends close but your enemies closer. It's easier to watch your enemy (or, for example, influence/restrict their ability to act) when they're directly under your fingers. And Radomus has been proven to be a tactical genius -- his entire field is chess-based. So I do trust him. Not massively, but I do trust him.
