    S&M stuff is still pretty new and there's no dive tm in those games, so it may very well be an oversight.

    It was the reward for beating Shade until it was replaced with Shadow Claw.

    To my knowledge, it's no longer in the game.

    You can catch espurr in the Aqua Gang hideout , regardless if you joined or not. Also, Talonflame +gale wings + acrobatics + telluric seed works wonders against her. Just level fletchling to 39 without evolving to learn it.

    I know for sure the waste treatment facility has them while surfing and fishing.

    I've taken a liking to the corrosive mist field, partly because I love poison and steel types and partly because I like exploding it.

    TBH, I have so much fun using Reborn's terrain mechanics and weather that I don't really miss mega evolution (and I'm not too familiar with Z-moves.)

    There's a move relearner in the circus, iirc

    I think there's some in Apophyll Beach. There might also be more in the rest of the cave not accessible from the power plant entrance, but that's not until much later.
