Definitely give it tinted lenses if you have an ability capsule to spare.

A rule of thumb: 20's in the stats you use is a good. In this case, everything but attack. In addition, pick a nature that's at least neutral with your main stat. timid is probably best. Don't worry too much about it being the best. As for Venomoth, it is interesting, but without access to one of its STAB moves, sludge bomb, you could do better for bugs.

Espurr definitely helps here. Quiladin, not so much. If you're fighting on a corrosive mist field, you can use it against him. I like to get a sturdy pineco on his crobat just to self-destruct and ohko it with the mist.

Actually, Reborn has a strict policy that only nbs can be the fairy gym leader. Why fairy specifically? I don't know, but I'm not complaining.

I believe it was mentioned in-game that the fairy backup leader died in the Jasper Ward attack. I don't think they were important enough to mwntion
