On the topic of Victorious skins, I'd cast my bets on the following guidelines. Top lane is likely, Ekko the obvious contender. Mid lane is unlikely. Viktor is off the table, Zed got the Championship skin (though they have doubled up in the past) and Azir recently got nerfed into less prevalence whilst getting SKT Azir. ADc is also unlikely. If it would happen, it'd be Jhin, but Kalista and Sivir got skins last year and another one is just... no. Support will probably not happen. No support's really been truly a monster, as the meta changed often. Probably Soraka. Jungle is likely. Nidalee is a contender, but she got Challenger, so perhaps Rek'sai? Gragas is also off the table along with Graves, so maybe jungle isn't AS likely.

Well, AP Kog is still a thing - but it's just a lot more burst focused than whittling them down with ults. That said, I understand what you're saying - the siege poke monster Kog'Maw used to be is now a low range burst machine when built AP, so it's just not the same.

he's largely played top lane as a counter to gnar. the gnar spike recently is another contributor to his win rate spike

no the reason he's busted is he gets a low cost (low cost IF ITS PHANTOM + MALLET) highly effective core build that lets him snowball out of control with good damage, near uncounterable amounts of slows and speed ups frozen mallet and trinity force or mallet and pd. you cant criticize the build(s) if you dont even know what it is man he won't be disabled, champs are never disabled until they have a game breaking bug so no unless i missed smth no yasuo disabled he has the highest win rate, plenty of people hate playing vs him and he's now a tank that deals incredible damage akin to tank ekko. plenty of reason to ban him.
