  1. OK GUYS I CAN FINALLY CONDUCT A PLAN!! If you all can wrap up your interactions by this Friday at around 18:00 GMT+1, I can write up a post detailing ~~~~the next day~~~~ to keep things moving along. To clarify: I want to start from a new day, as I feel we're all over the place - myself especially. Keeping track of everyone is a bit confusing. I also wish to keep things going at a reasonable pace - let's just say that you're not gonna be in the school for the entirety of Chapter 1. Or, if things go fast enough... for not much longer at all, and I'll just let that hang right there since I'm a sly shit. But don't worry - you have got time. I just never planned for you guys to spend a year training from the start. Just keep going, you guys are doing great; but keep in mind that as rude as this sounds, I do not care about your interactions being unfinished. I'm sorry if time doesn't work out for you, but I can't keep procrastinating and I need a set time. That time IS the set time. If you can just write up a post finalizing whatever, that would be so helpful. Lemme know if there's any questions at all.
  2. you know, it bugs me that helden steblen nicht is more accurately "heroes don't die" rather than "heroes never die", like it's not wrong but i also thing helden sterben nie would just sound better. mercy is my waifu tho 10/10 in love

  3. HERE ARE MY PRESEASON THOUGHTS Talon - The Darius of this update. People don't seem to think he's good, but he's ridiculous, imo. One buff is all he needs to jump into OP status. He has some of the best burst and kill potential early on, and late game his passive breaches 500 damage. Not a fan of this guy, and if you're laning versus him as a melee champ, might as well not even bother. W poke will ruin you and then constant melee crit Q's and you're done for. Rengar - ...Just nerf this. For once he'll be fine with number tuning, I hope, and maybe the CC removal on his W gone. Then again, it's quite niche, and you can maybe play around it, but it is rather... strong. Burst is as ridiculous as ever, I could one shot a Ziggs as a 2/6 Rengar (for context, first time Rengar top versus a Talon top... not fun). Katarina - The best of the reworks in my opinion. Not as in, oh! She's fucking op! As in she's well designed. The removals of ward hops stings and I'm still playing around them after ten games. Her daggers aren't a minigame as much as they are a mechanic that can be manipulated. They always fall from the first target 350 units behind them. You play around this, you're good. Incredible damage, and her waveclear is great too. No set combo's so she's a lot more unpredictable, and one example combo is E > W > R for some massive damage, then just E'ing and Q'ing after them, not necessarily in that order. When behind she sucks a lot, and she's a bit more susceptible to CC now as her instant burst isn't as fast. If you're a squishy, her dagger falling while she's ulting on top of you is a timer. If you ain't out by then, you're team's gotta save you if you ain't already dead. LeBlanc - LeBlanc is the one I played the most before the reworks (coincidentally, they're in the reverse order of how much I played them prior to the reworks). I don't hate it, but they need to change the passive cook timer / delay. 1.5 seconds for an assassin that's meant to burst you is too long. If you don't hit your E (your E lets you combo carelessly; it'll proc it in time with your passive regardless of when it's applied, so you're good) then you're in trouble most of the time, and Mimic Distortion almost seems weak and only for clutch situations. It seems like what was meant to offer more combos shifted her into a clunky spot with delays out the ass that, while she can now W Casters and has arguably better waveclear, is more like Ahri. The Deceiving Mage is her new archetype in my books, like how Ahri's is Kiting Mage or some shit. Note this isn't a bad thing, it's just the most jarring of the reworks. Her R feels clunky to use and is poorly explained. There's hope for her though. Courage of the Colossus - Nerf this shit immediately. Dear unholy god what the ever living fuck. It's a neat idea but it's not right numbers wise. This is literally the Anti-Christ.

  9. Sylva For once, the woman looked genuinely nervous. It came to a shock to Lasia, to Tempus, to Locus. It was only for a fleeting second, then was replaced by hard features. She nodded once. "Honesty. A respectable trait; certainly the first I've noted from you so far." Sylva remarked, caring not about the harsh effect of her words. She could already tell it would do nothing bad for Rame. "Return to your quarters, please. You'll surely notice your fellow... pupils there already. And please, Rame. Do not repeat this. If you do receive any grief for this, contact me." With that, she turned, the strain of such an obscenely business like persona finally taking its toll. Motioning once, Locus and Tempus followed her, and they retreated to their own rooms at the top of the lavishing building. "She's... we've never encountered a Lumen quite like that." Sylva said, choosing her words carefully. "But I think we can handle it." Locus and Tempus nodded in agreement, before Sylva left the room. She had something personal to attend to. At the bottom of their building, through an appropriately mundane door, was six or so computers. Loading one up, she sat down at it, clearing her throat. With just a few taps, the face of a young man showed up. And then more and more showed up; varying genders, varying appearances, until six were left. She'd finally gotten through to them. A content smile framed her face. "I have a feeling about our latest batch of recruits." Sylva began, a rare laid-back tone found in her voice. "I feel that they may be able to truly win this war. But if the rumors are true... then they'll require your help." She bit her lip. Not all of them would be willing to help; even fewer were willing to help after what happened to one of their own. "Are you sure?" Replied a careful voice - the first man that had picked up and stayed. "After Maia... this isn't something that we'll win through our powers alone." "Exactly." Sylva stated. "They need your help to train; to become stronger. It's remarkable that these... terrorists... have even held out for so long. But it would make a lot more sense if she was helping them. Why? I haven't a clue." A perky voice was heard. "Li's the strongest out of any of us. Maia was our best chance; but even she was defeated." Taia remarked. Sylva was silent. Her face solemn. "I know that after Maia you're scared. I'm scared." She paused. "This is our last chance. We can't keep lying about what's going on for much longer. If we don't end it soon, panic will spread and we'll lose our grip on this world. Don't let this be our end." She was met with grim silence. "I'll leave you to think about it. But please know that in their current state, these children are just the latest to get sent out to burn." Wiping the beginnings of a tear from her eye, she turned the computer off and left the room.
  10. In the next post I'm writing - which, by the way, is huge in terms of my typical post length and the LORE BOMBS I AM GOING TO BOMBARD YOU WITH - Locus is overseeing you all. You can freely assume he's told you about the facilities - such as Lasia's office, located in the big gathering hall place. If you know the one I'm referring to. After that, you can go see her freely!

  13. Sylva Letting her eyes wander, she watched as Locus began to hoist up Rame after removing the arrow. A second there, and the next, gone in violet shine. Nodding, she turned to the remaining combatants. Students. "After this... situation," Sylva said, voice cold as ice. "I do not think it suitable for any more fighting today. That said, it simply will not do for you all to stand around nothing... but I fear it may be our only option. Follow me, please." Turning on her heal, she motioned behind her with her staff and then walked across the scarred battlefield, Tempus by her side. For convenience sake, she waved her staff once; and the shards of broken trees hung in the air like rain stopped in the midst of their descent, a shining aura of every colour shimmering beautifully at their edges. There hadn't been many trees for her to disassemble, and as such, this was much easier for her. Just beyond the set of trees was a wide opening, methodically cleared. It was in the middle of the forest, yes, but safety came first. And any creatures around were hardly a match for them. To their right were three dorms; three bunk beds in each, along with various other necessities. Beside it was a grand building; imposing and regal, adorned with lustrous metals. Two outcroppings came from the side, each with their own door. There were benches and tables constructed outside, and a beautiful fountain in honour of Coerator Kitus - a powerful stag made of gold, water sprouting from his horns. "This is where you will be spending your time. The facilities will be explained to you shortly. Whilst Locus, Tempus and myself clear up this incident, you are free to enter the dorms and converse among yourselves. The forests are dangerous. Do not. Leave this place." With that, Sylva turned around and stomped off; Tempus following suit. Locus Whilst the man awaited the arrival of his two friends, he said not a single word to Rame. He did, however, speak a few words to Miss Lasia - a part time worker here whenever new recruits were sent in. Dressed in varying shades of blue with wavy platinum hair, her caring eyes turned to Rame whilst her hand lowered to touch her knee. A turquoise tint lined the frame of her hand, lighting up Rame's skin. Her touch was cool - incredibly so. A contrast to the heat of Rame. Closing her eyes, she let her Lumen flow through to Rame - repairing her broken knee after a solid minute of keeping her trained hand still. When she was done, she bounced back onto her feet in joy - she was always happy to help! Quickly walking over to get a glass of water for Rame, she lowered it onto the wooden table beside her. "Drink up, honey." She prompted, voice sweet and smooth. It was as if she couldn't hurt a fly! "The world's gonna need ya one day." She spoke with the familiar twang of Occasus people, and seemed to visibly jump when the door slammed open; and an exceptionally angry Sylva stomped into view. "Care to explain the events I just witnessed?" She asked, voice dangerously calm. "Because if the south didn't desperately need new recruits, I'd have you sent back home immediately."
  14. Tempus In little more than an instant, Tempus was gone from his spot watching the battle take place. He jumped, dauntless will etched into his face. He seemed to slow for a moment... and then burst forwards in little more than a fraction of a second, grabbing anyone and everyone that was on the battlefield, one at a time yet doing it so fast it was as if he had carried all of them at once. Landing in a roll as he brought Jev, the last combatant, to safety, his eyes raised to watch the inferno headed for the trees, threatening to harm much more than what Rame had originally intended. Yet he wasn't worried. Why would he be? Locus Locus moved faster even than Tempus. A blast of purple light shined through the area before he appeared right behind Rame, raising a bow with a single arrow pointed directly to her back. When had he even had the time to get a bow? Never the less, he grimaced - this certainly wasn't going to be pretty. He shot a single arrow into the back of her kneecap, then spun around, and using the momentum kicked her back., sending her to the floor and interrupting her. Readying another arrow, he raised it to meet the back of the girls neck. He had no intention to fire there - but the threat was likely required in the girls enraged state. "Do not move." Locus ordered, voice imperious. Sylva And as was usual, it was Sylva's job to stop the dread that had already happened. She doubted many had noticed Locus dropping her off right in front of the flames as if he had wanted her killed. Raising her staff, she twirled it once, twice, thrice. The flames finally came. Power surged through her frail body, and her face contorted in a prideful strength. Kicking off the ground hard enough to dent it, she leaped forwards, roaring. Her staff seemed to connect with the flames in a way nobody could comprehend. And just like that, the flames stopped moving. As if they had hit an impassable barrier, they kept roaring and trying to break free, yet couldn't move. Landing back on the ground, Sylva wasted no seconds. Leaping back up again, she gathered her Lumen, and sent it through her staff, and the fire broke apart into smaller pieces, then smaller pieces again. With a flick of the wrist, she sent them skyward, where they vanished into obscurity - and then came hurtling back down. But this time, there wasn't enough of it for it to reform - and she felt the strain of her Lumen die down as the cinders fell around her like rain, harming nobody - and small fires starting instantly stomped out by Locus.

  19. Yeah, and that's it. Compare to any other of the champs I mentioned who were strong for more than one Split or a couple patches. EDIT: Not to imply that he wasn't strong; he was, but he wasn't prevalent. In Summer, Poppy was more relevant and stronger than he was. Then Ekko began to take over the top lane. Either of them would make more sense for a top lane pick.
  20. I can safely guarantee that nobody expected this, and that is because it's fucking stupid and seems like it's a season late. What the actual ever living hell? Why is it Maokai? Why the hell would it be Maokai, over every other choice - like Viktor or Ekko? (Note; I am aware Viktor was confirmed to not get it long before this, but I'm still confused as to why not). There are plenty of other picks that have been just as and MORE consistent AND more powerful than Maokai, including - but not limited to - Rek'Sai, Gragas, GP, the aforementioned Ekko and Viktor, Graves and hell, even Kindred would make more sense! Why is the season six Victorious skin Maokai - when Maokai would have actually been deserving of it in Season 4 or Season 5? Especially Season 5, for that matter. I'm gonna try to not complain for a free skin - and champ, in my case - but I can't help but feel disappointed that it's Maokai. He was only really relevant in the Spring split... For those of us who are cynical involving Riot, here's an explanation from a Redditor (called La_goanna)
