Small rundown of the Marksman item changes, courtesy of Riot Reinboom on the Boards. Infinity Edge is slightly weaker now (little less AD), we shifted power elsewhere so it's less automatic and so that we could add cooler things to the Marksman space. Essence Reaver scales its CDR off of your critical strike chance so that it works as a big core item (think IE space). It can now give upwards of +30% CDR. Phantom Dancer does stuff other than just be straight up damage. Bonus movement speed while near your opponents and you take less damage from the last champion you hit. Isolate and kill people, basically. Rapid Firecannon charges up like Shiv, but when charged instead of prepping you for the thunder, increases your attack range and gives you a fiery hit at the end. Shiv does even more damage versus minions. It's specialized further into being the bursty clearing tool. Hurricane now crits and the bolts crit. Also movement speed. It's in the PD / Shiv space now, so it should be an option for more Marksman. Executioner's Calling is back, but it's a bit different and cheaper. Also it's a component item. It builds into something new. Last Whisper is now a component item. It builds into new things. There's something called Giant Slayer. It hurts health dudes. Merc scimitar has Lifesteal, you should feel comfortable taking it over BT. Death's Dance exist. It has something like Lifesteal but better. Also it "delays" damage.

Taking a page out of Mael's book, some I thought of someone when I saw them, so I did that as well. use them if you want; even if you're not the person it was intended for, or don't use them at all. idk. warning tho, some are pretty big and you might want to crop/resize. for anyone; for KosherKoneko; for ark; (you'll probably want to make this larger lmao) for dobby; for Hilda; for Tacos; I didn't really find many this time sadly. Not everyone admits the community is shit. You seem to be taking a vocal minority and presenting it as the whole deal. The majority of people I meet are nice, and in those games where you get a flamer or troll, aren't you forgetting the three other players on your team who are perfectly nice and trying to win as well? If you think the game sucks, cool, your opinion. Don't assert it as fact or get mad when other people disagree and that's fine. Stop asserting your opinion as fact, and get over yourself.

Some extra reasons why her build is bad, other than just saying it's bad and moving on. Jinx doesn't have much in the way of stacking Tear super quickly, and Jinx also has potential for good early lane dominance and snowballing which an early Tear just throws away. As Shanco said, only her primary target takes the extra Murmana damage, and while it does give her more mana, it's not often that you'll run out of mana in teamfights unless your completely wasting your mana somehow. Two attack speed items before LW or BT means she doesn't do as much damage as she could, she doesn't shred armor and she's Jinx; rank 5 minigun is practically an items worth attack speed. ...Also, does anybody else notice that Runeglaive AND Lich Bane Fizz?
