i'm currently in the part of the story where i go to hiyoshi city for the first time, before that i entered the Altair mansion then it triggered the Narcissa side quest even though i didn't do much of it yet then it teleported me back to the future and i can't get back to the past

Where do I get the dawn stone for kirlia to evolve into gallade? I'm at blackview city and would really appreciate gallade for Emily's gym

there's a glitch where after beating kyogre in valor mountain it will walk straight into the slab and stop me from continuing Edit: well i bypassed this glitch by standing on the furthest left stair when battling, but if i stand on the middle or right tile it won't let me pass
