My advice is to focus on Zetta team first because his team is like glass cannon for the exception of that ungodly weakness policy dragonite and that super fast silvally and slowly work on geara also it will help to change the volcano top field into cavern field by using dig, this will stop their field boost damage by a lot

Honestly, the Geara and Zetta fight is the hardest fight in the game for me especially in intense, I mean it's ok to abuse the field and have a really strong, sturdy and fast pokemon i can deal with that but the problem is Melia she always a burden and hinder my strag god knows how many times and those mega Gengar and Typhlosion are honestly too strong for my Lv 45's team, in order to clear this fight i was forced to train a Talonflame with a tailwind to outspeed their team and use my own Typhlosion to destroy them. sorry for the long rant just frustrated when remembering all those reset, time and those fail strag just to overcome this one battle....

You can always buy some ice cream in Route 3

I don't think that what @Xavier575 meant, you see in Rejuvenation instead of the usual elite 4 we have an elite 8 so that means 8 consecutive battles without full healing + the champion which gonna be hell who knows what sinister team composition that Jan will throw at us..

You can fix the key at akuwa town, there are key smith in one of the houses

You need to change the field to dark crystal cavern using dark pulse while battle

it's the cave in route 3, i believe it was called Phasial cave She is in the underground where you need rock climb to access the stairs also bring pokemon that knows dark pulse

I think you need to use dull key on it but i forgot where to find it

Sorry i also don't know the encounter rate but if i dare to guess then it should be between 2 or 5% but that was just rough estimate considering clefable is pretty strong in early game Jan wouldn't let us have it that easily

I think they remove cleffa and change it igglybuff for the rare encounter in route 2 but you can trade iggybuff for cleffa in Sheridan village

I think the last one is in the aquamarine cave, specifically in the secret shore
