I can give you Happiny.... Also That trading bug is not a bug.... Just wait for a bit when the trading scene comes..... I am not sure but this was helpful to me when I figured online trading.. If It doesnt fix the bug then you may be on a low speed network.....

Nope Ame moved those items in 11th floor .... They were accessible in ep 15 I think.... The 11th floor will be made available in future....
