    in this case women if you look to the left where the profile pics are if they have a announced gender it will be there. alterantivly you can just say 'God bless you, I'll remember that.'

    only when it says something along the lines 'they don't seem to play together' is when it's not working depending on the phrase the likiness of an egg appearing changes, in this case it's not very likely but still possible. Just run a couple times around a large city then check again until you get one

    7th street sells the required item to get litwick (Soul Candle, after that take it to where Luna was chained up in the cultist area) also just talk to both gothita's one should still join you

    Have u already done it once, it only does the event once if it faints it doesn't respawn. Pretty sure anytime of day as long as it's raining when you go to do it. Not entirely sure what might be wrong though
