Ame became Champ when they reinstated the leauge Ame's Absol is different from the one you see in the cutscenes I believe I believe Rejuvination leaders were the ones before I could be wrong on that though So according to Ame she is only the acting Champion. Her offical role is Organizer but is a stand in Champion until someone else claims it Ame says that is the Absol that shows up in cutscenes -

Ame said no gen 8 stuff however I have personally asked and she has said MAYBE to the vitamin As far as I know no EXP all or exclusive spots to grind EVs just the couple new maps with whatever she wants to put in those for wild encounters -
