I don't think we get any new sidequests in this version. Would be happy to be proven wrong though! I really like sidequests in this game!

I don't know if it's quite a bug or whatever, but the moment I started V10, I did as instructed, and downgraded my pokemon from level 75 to 70 using reverse candies. Now, as far as I understood, Jan programmed a hard xp cap where you can't get more xp than what your highest lvl badge allows you for. My 11th badge on the trainer card says 'lvl 70', yet I could earn xp while going through the events of V10, and I had to constantly use reverse candies to prevent myself from going really high level. While this is not expensive, it is still mildly annoying. The same thing happened after obtaining the 12th badge. My pokemon can earn experience after level 75... other than that, a decent version, although completely unexpected. I was hoping for tournament, side quests and reaper cloth, but to my knowledge none of these three things are present in V10. Looking forward to V11!

Is there some way to acquire reverse candies in dream city? I've levelled plenty of my mons to 75 before checking V10's progression thread, and therefore I have not prepared appropriately for it. 5 reverse candies will only lower the level of 1 out of my 12 standard pokemon.

Has anyone gotten a new favourite pokemon due to it facing hardships with you in Rejuvenation? My favourite pokemon of all time was Tyranitar, but now it's found its equal, Dusclops, I never expected this pokemon to be that good! Also the thing that Jan did on his OP is interesting! xD

Hello all! My question is, where exactly is the Audino trainer in Grand Dream City if there is one? The last one I found was the one right by the train tracks, but its inconvenient to go there and return to the city for healing every time. Thank you in advance!

I think I need to search about some more pokemon and strengthen my roster. I am going with 8 pokemon mainly, but I imagine the game will just get more and more difficult.

In other news, I've been absent from these forums for a loooong looong time, and I just noticed that Jan replied to my question about whether the Reaper Cloth would be part of episode 10 and he said that it could be a possibility! Now, I won't be disappointed if it's not there, but if it is, then I am HYPED like crazy! Dusclops has become one of my favourite pokemon and I had heavily undervalued its worth prior to playing this extremely hard pokemon game. He means more to me than a starter, and his stalling skills are SICC. If I ever evolve him to Dusknoir I am going to cry from happiness Q_Q Is there something you guys are hyped about in particular with E10? I mean, I can't wait for new story/tough battles, but the possibility of a Reaper Cloth is exciting me the most!

Then you need to learn how to act like an adult and control yourself. Especially when it's for a game which is completely free, which Jan and others sacrifice their own precious personal time to deliver to us.

Who else is crazy hopeful for a Reaper Cloth to evolve their dusclops?! I've been using this lil' guy ever since I caught him as a shadow pokemon, he has saved my team numerous times with his stalling capabilities, and if he becomes dusknoir, he is going to be so OP and amazing :'D Please let this thing happen!

Oh my gerd, we are so close to the release of a new version. I defeated (Flora? The grass gym leader), and then stopped playing, seems like it's time to get back on it Anyone knows exactly what this update will bring? First time do I arrive to a new version release I started playing with version 8 haha!

Thank you for the fast reply! I've managed to do this by replacing my Pyroar with a Forretress. My biggest weakness was that Abomasnow was taking too much damage by engaging with Laturn. Laturn's water move is physical, so I thought that Forretress + Explosion would take it out, it got it down to 20%, at which point I could just use Infernape for CC and it was good game with that threat. I also wittled Rotom's hydro pump down by soaking it with my Dusclops, it was also confused so it didn't swap even though it ran out of moves since it kept hurting itself, when it swapped away, it was replaced with a Slowbro, to which I was attacking with a shadow ball, which did 50% of Slowbro's health. Dusclops took out Slowbro and then Lapras came out (Milotic and Politoad were dead at this point too), and I took out Infernape for a CC to take more than 50% of its HP down... but Lapras was faster... this is bullshit XD Needless to say that my Infernape got one shotted, but then I wittled it down with my Dusclops to 60-65% and Wood hammered it with Abomasnow! Then she only had rotom left, at 5% health or so, burned due to my Dusclops' Will-o-wisp, and my Abomasnow also had red health and then I just used a Super potion and Rotom died to the burns! What a FIGHT! What I am most glad for was that I managed to beat this with my tactic, but thank you very much for taking the time to help me think of more options, I will definitely be training my Tyrogue to evolve it If I've learnt something out of all this, is that I should backtrack and try to fill my team with some pokemon that counter my current weaknesses. I feel like I am especially weak against water/ground. I need to get some proper electric pokemon, as well as a more powerful water one instead of pelipper as it seems like he started outliving his usefulness. He is only useful in double battles as protect bait xD Cheers!

Hello everyone! So I am stuck on Valarie... I really hope I can continue, but no matter what I do she seems impossible. My strat goes as this. (Skip if you wish, just posted it here to give some insight of what I do) - 1st Pokemon = Politoad. I use Dusclops and Confuse Ray + Will o wisp + Hex, to wittle down Politoad, and make Valarie waste her hyper potions. - 2nd Pokemon option 1 = Milotic. Here is where things get REALLY troublesome sadly. I use my Noivern for super fang to take 50% off the milotic. Then Wood hammer with Abomasnow, but abomasnow becomes borderline dead due to recoil. - 2nd Pokemon option 2 = Rotom wash. This is really easy, I just take Noivern out if its alive, and roost myself to win while super fanging Rotom, its either getting all the way to red hp or dies due to struggle at the end. - 3rd Pokemon = Lanturn This is where things get rocky due to my team already taking so much damage! Here I can either sacrifice my infernape to take it to 50% and kill it with Abomasnow, or just try my luck with Abomasnow. - 4rd pokemon will be either Milotic or Rotom, depending on what came earlier. I try to scrape by... -5th Pokemon = Lapras That's the furthest I came to, but my infernape is already dead and can't close combat Lapras, to be honest I doubt he can even kill the Lapras with one close combat unless its a crit.
