hey pat,
nice to see you started out with a fire, water, grass core, although its not defensive it can still be used to cause great damage on the switch in.
something I want to mention about this trio, is that roserade is completely outclassed by so many other things. it is near impossible to set up toxic spikes or any hazard in league, it has been pretty much known that they are useless on both sides. also, its sp attack is mediocre at best. a good replacement i would suggest is either serp or breloom. serp gives you great coverage against weather as well as just being a great sweeper over all. I'll give you a set that pretty much takes care of anything later on in the post. Breloom is also a viable option because it evens out the amount of physical and special attackers you have. Breloom also has spore which is like sleep powder times 1,000 in accuracy. breloom also gives the team so much needed priority thats needed if you'll ever want to take down Terra's excadrill. I'll also throw in another set for him as well.
next up is something simple... i would switch thunderbolt on Rotom with Trick, just personal preference because you have nothing that can stop a set up...
thirdly, I would suggest a dragonite over mence. mence is a very solid pokemon indeed, but can't function well in league without a scarf set, which you would not want to use since you already have two other choice pokemon. Dragonite has multiscale, which im sure you're aware of, that can help you get that one ddance off. in league being able to set up is crucial! IT really helps when you're going late game and are relying on a salamence to stop an excadrill. Dknight will just ocme in tanking that rock slide from exca and dealing a fire punch right back at him.
That's about all i have to say on the matter, if this team isn't for league then i would recommend the rotom switch only because mence and roserade are still both viable in competitive OU.
