    It has Reborn's average rate, yes, since I bred them back in Ep 16. You have just had one of those rare super blessings RNGesus. While I've never had this version of RNGesus's blessing, I have encountered three wild shinies in a row in Reborn (with the shiny charm) while EV training, though they weren't good mons that I wanted......just Slugma and I think a Zubat. I believe you got the better deal.

    I'm glad the 'Interrupting Squidward's Bath' meme seems to be making a comeback.  At least rebooting memes have a higher recent success rate than rebooting TV series.

    Finally after more than 2 months, the translation for the last normal Fantasy Maiden Wars chapter was posted.  Hype was through the roof when I saw this a few hours ago.  It also means the completed translation patch is even closer, especially since they show off their in-game translation progress here.
