    My caught-in-wild shiny Skuntank learned Foul Play (a breed-only move) by Move Relearner in Reborn. I will consider this a Christmas present.

      By the way, a little not so fun fact about Foul Play: if the user is burned the damages is halved, yet it works from the attack of the target. does it make sense or?

      No, zero sense. If the target was burned, it would. But since the user's Attack doesn't matter, why would it matter if the user is burned?
