  1. ASS doesn't want beef with AAS ok? We're serious over here. Come ovah to mai hood yo.
  2. From what I remember, Bladestar wants to overthrow the government in GDC. So, I imagine they're doing things to get their attention and bring them out, and then snipe them from there. As we can see, I should be correct in the fact, they lured out Florin in searching for clues and the whereabouts of Bladestar. The next few parts will be mostly assumption. Cassandra seems to have some major influence in GDC's government, so I imagine Bladestar is trying to lure her out and snipe her. From there, without the presence and influence Cassandra provides, GDC's government will fall, leaving Bladestar to swoop in and take over. Now, I'm going to assume the people turning into stone in GDC is Bladestar's doing in another attempt to lure out Cassandra, or somebody else with major power. While Cassandra hasn't been lured out yet, Talon and Florin have been. Talon has been turned to stone, and it's only a matter of time until Florin gets sniped. With a reserve leader, and a Gym Leader out of commission, it makes sense, from there on, the people appearing to handle the situation will only be stronger, and stronger, and have more presence in the government. In short, an endless cycle to inevitably lure out Cassandra, turn her to stone or kill her. And swoop in for the kill. Now from there, they can either make base there, or un-stone the citizens of GDC in an attempt to keep GDC ..., well GDC. From there, I'm not exactly sure what they do. I guess their goal would be to keep it that way. That's my theory. But a few things you should know: 1. They probably have to snipe the members instead of an all-out war with them because Bladestar probably isn't even that big, and can't go toe to toe with GDC. Hence, Flora being one of the strongest in Bladestar, while running a team of grass types. Her being an admin would get he recognized, and thus it would be easy to counterteam. So that's why they lure them out and then take them instead of going toe to toe. Remember, we beat Flora in a field where one of grass types weaknesses is removed, they get healed every turn, AND their attacks are powered up. There's no way Bladestar stands ANY chance to GDC. Flora also probably takes us as a sidekick because Bladestar needs all the strength they can get. 2. Speaking of sniping people, Bladestar cuts off any route to and out of GDC. Not only does this prevent GDC from getting any outside help, it also stops anybody from trying to help, and leaves them up for a potential Bladestar snipe. AND, it will force GDC's government to take action quicker and quicker, drawing out Cassandra even faster. That's my theory for the most part. Any changes will be added via edit, so if you care, check back every now and then. Come new versions, and I'll just post a new comment.
  3. Idk what to talk about. What do we even know about bladestar.
  4. 1. Oh, well in that case, go ahead if you really want to. Story will flow much less awkwardly that way. 2. Pretty sure there's a Rejuv help thread. Idk, to lazy to search right now.
  5. I personally don't think it's even worth it to ever restart a game for a single version.
  6. 1. Idk 2. No. But I'm certainly not. I hate her character in a good way. 3. Nothing has implied so. I would also like to point out, Geara could be a candidate for the betrayal slot even though it's obviously Ren. Greed could be Cassandra or Texen. And Pure Evil is something we don't know yet I guess. To be completely honest, I don't think there's anybody in the game currently who just does things that are absurd and evil knowing they are absurd and evil just to do them. Nobody is really pure evil so far.
  7. Let it be known. If I EVER have to fight Angie on that ironically God forsaken field again I just might snap. Speaking of her. Is Angie really a shadow? And that of pure evil? I mean, Angie believes what she is doing is the right thing. And wouldn't you try to do the right thing? I think if Angie is going to be a shadow, it's DEFINITELY obsession.
  8. I have faith that you were able to preserve that feeling. Keep up the good work Jan. (EDIT: Even though Normal Keta doesn't give you your badge, making spirit Keta more of a leader then he is, I think normal mode Keta should get a little buff level wise)
  9. I understand that. Although I think it makes sense that the odds are against you in that fight. I won't even lie, That fight gave me my fair share of..., uh, intense moments. Ended up getting two camerupts, a beartic, and an ampharos to win that fight. Off topic, I guess what I'm trying to say is, I, at least liked the atmosphere of the fight in hindsight. But I get your decision. (Btw thanks for the update.)
  10. Sweet. Although I don't agree with the fight being made easier. Maybe should've just suggested easy mode for this fight? Idk, it's your game.
  11. 1. I mean, but one female sprite shouldn't really determine if Nancy is the biological mother for the PLAYER. Not just that sprite. 2. Idk about Marianette, just seems like a clever way to introduce Indriad, which was a really clever way to introduce Storm 9. 3. Idk about Angie being a shadow as well. I'd say she's simply an evil character who was introduced for whatever reason. She also had her hands on a Dimensional Rift as of V8, which is a bit surprising, so a relationship with Team Xen is possible. 4. Unfortunately, no.
  12. So I imagine monkeys are getting done. But then that leaves Swanna if I believe so. And I think it's been two days since we've heard from him/her.
  13. 1. We're obviously the main character. 2. I'd assume we are. I don't see anything suggesting we're not. 3. Good question. Can't sure for sure though. Probably not, as I remember a comment about her not even being a real human back in Blacksteeple. 4. No. We're the main character. Things have to be convenient. Even though, Geara kinda killed us up on Valor Mountain. We also kinda died back in Kugearen city when the bomb went off. 5. I'd bet on Crescent being our real Mother. Madame X is only in our lives because we are opposing Team Xen, and doing a damn well good job at it. And Melia is just our comrade.
  14. True. I'd be interested to see what route Jan goes with her. Good point, chances are, we're going to have to get through Ren first before we get to Nastasia. Especially considering we haven't had a rival battle in a while... Let's also not forget about Neved from Blacksteeple Castle either... (Who had the best theme in the game in the version he was introduced in, although I think it's changed now) (EDIT: Unless Aelita killed him, forgot what happened.)
  15. *Maybe this time Ren won't be such a wuss and tell us why he felt betrayed. In fact, tell us how we betrayed him in the first place. And Nastasia is cool enough. Pretty sure she used to have a deoxys on her battle team. Which is really cool. She could be something special if played out correctly. OR maybe Jan doesn't want to take risks, and will just keep her the evil admin, which is fine as well. Guess we'll find out in V9. God I'm so hyped lol.
  16. Yeah. It was mentioned during the Secret Shore stuff with Crawli's hideout and whatnot.
  17. Ren and Nastasia were sent to Grand Dream City remember? Chances are, we'll see them.
  18. Honestly kinda hyped for Team Xen again.
  19. 1. no mega Rayquaza 2. A lot of fields give the intended type a disadvantage or two. Besides, we don't even have the tm for thunder, and what Pokémon do we have in the game that learns it via level up.
  20. Hung out in the Version 9 rejuvenation thread for a bit. Came up with this.

    Cloudy field:

    "Terminal Velocity!"

1.5% boost to all flying moves.

"The attack used the open air!"

1.5% to the following moves: Heat Wave, Hurricane, Fly, Brave Bird, Flying Press, Aerial Ace

    "The air focused the attack!"

    Aerilate's boost becomes x2.0

    Sandstorm lowers accuracy

Sand attack lowers accuracy by x2.0

    "Sand covers the air!"

    Tailwind lasts for 5 turns

    Earthquake fails

    "With what ground? L0Loser"

All Rock type moves accuracy becomes 50%

Blizzard turns the field into a Frozen Field (Angie's field for the rejuvenation players, but without, "the darkness is coming" bs)

Rain Dance lasts for 8 turns. Any extending item will turn it to 10 turns.

    Thunder becomes 100%

Twister's base damage becomes 140 and hits one enemy.

Upon entry, Pokémon with the ability Gale Wing's have their evasion boosted by 1 stage.

Smack Down turns the field into a Mountain Field.

All bomb, blast, pulse, aura, and beam moves have their accuracy halved regardless of their effect if under Tailwind.

Dragon moves have Flying added on to them as a subtype.

Hazard moves (Toxic spikes, spikes, etc) fail.

"The wind blew the hazards away!"
