    She already did post your new save files, just download them and use them. I see no save issues with your file, you can't use Surf since you have Oshawott following you, which is normal. Just go back to the area on the right, and walk downward till you reach the Azure Shore again. If you have a problem progressing through an event, side quest, or the story in general it is better to to Start a New Topic at the main Pokemon Rejuvenation category, and not in the Save-file Troubleshooting sub-category. I loaded up your save file, don't see any errors popping up. Make sure your game is on Version 10 and patched up to the latest Patch 2. If you keep getting the error again, it is recommended to post the error so it might help dealing with the issue at hand. Same as the above, if you have a problem progressing through an event, side quest, or the story in general it is better to to Start a New Topic at the main Pokemon Rejuvenation category, and not in the Save-file Troubleshooting sub-category. An you only need to go to Darchlight Woods, then Azure Shore for that event.

    It's a known issue, the fix for it is to go back to the mirror room and an cut-scene will trigger, then trace back to the elevator again and everything should go fine. (also make sure you are on the latest patch 2). Same as above, if you go back to the mirror room you'll trigger a cut-scene to appear again, then go back to the elevator and you can progress normally. She meant that if you used the V9 game and saved in a different location you would have probably avoided the error, since in V10 the area you saved in was remodeled causing your save to bug.

    You must have finished the quest during V9, since Pichu was the one you obtain from there instead. You can still get Eevee from the Kimono Quest later in-game.

    That's a common error, if you go back to the room where you make the mirror again, the cut-scene reappears. Retrace back to the elevator and your game should go on fine.

    You are not stuck, sometimes others mistake the neutral crystal to be inactive. There is a small neutral crystal just bellow, try to use it to move forward.

    Your save file is broken and can't be loaded for me. Try using a back-up save file, and see if you get stuck again or not, if so you can proceed to posting your save file here again.

    There is nothing wrong with your save file, just remove the Shadow Pokemon to your PC since you can't battle a Gym with them in your team.

    If you are on the story to find the old man, from where you start in the Darchlight Woods you go to the far left then down the 2nd jumping platforms to the entrance of the next area to trigger the scene which you will follow after.

    The item's rarity is 5% and with compound eyes it becomes 20%, so it is still not that common to find still. It all depends on RNG, basically luck.

    Try re-downloading the game from a different download link and see if that solves the problem.

    It got moved to the Amethyst Depths, the part where you have to use rock climb to access.

    If these are the only 2 back-up save files then yes. Probably it is better then to have your topic posted in the save file troubleshooting thread, probably others with more exp than me can handle this situation better.

    I checked the Tangela, when I re-loaded the area the ones you you have on the top are stuck completely because they were moved correctly the first time, while the other 2 bottom can move normally. I suggest that you use a back-up file to go back before you get inside the rift so you can put all the Tangela normally by talking to them once only, since you need all 4 to be lined up on top of the stage.
