    You can get TM Psychic later on Epi.19, you'll be able to get the missed items there by then. As for TM Protect, the guy starts with 5k so if you win him 5 times in a row you get the TM, and the progress doesn't reset leaving the room, it remains, so you best option is just to spam be him till he runs out of money.

    The Garden is east from GDC entrance past a bridge. You'll know it if you see a waterfall there.

    Bladestar Labs can be accessed when you accept and follow the Classified Information helper quest from the GDC.

    Both requires Helper Quests from the GDC to reach the area. The Underground needs Missing Children. Bladestar Labs needs Classified Information.

    Yes, currently you can only obtain it once from Xen Backup Lab if you battled the Magby, it has a chance to hold the item. You can check the item guide if you are looking for an item.

    Make sure you patched your game to 10.2, usually that is the issue with some game progression.

    It is bugged, the item should have been in Darchlight Cave. Will be fixed in V11.

    I myself found that whenever someone mentions that their save file is big enough to not be uploaded here, it doesn't work on my game, it usually gives "lase save" error. Walpurgis works her magic always.

    This a common bug, the solution is relatively easy. When you see her stuck at the elevator, go back to the Mirror making room and a cut-scene will trigger again, after it is over go back to elevator room and everything should be fine. Also, you can find the game download link and patch in here:

    @Groovyman Tried accessing your save but it doesn't load at my end, it gives me the error that the save file is corrupted. Probably someone else might have a better luck than me loading it.

    @Groovyman It says that the file is Decrypted, you might want to add in your Decryption Key to download it.

    You can upload your file at a cloud sharing website or something similar, then attach the link for that file here.

    You are probably uploading the wrong file, try finding your save file under the Saved Games folder. Try loading a backup save file since your current one is totally stuck, and make sure you are at the latest Patch 2 of the game.

    @PyroMaNiantics @Randi make sure that both of you are on the latest patch 2 of the game, if that problem still persists I can then move your characters beyond that point.
