how do i get an Eevee in Reborn?

To obtain Eevee, you need to enter Mysidia Cave in Chrysolia forest. The path there is at the far southeast part of the forest. The tree blocking it only goes away during windy weather at night. Once you enter the cave, go through the cave openings that don't have train tracks leading into or from them. Eventually you'll reach a small room that contains Eevee.

I do love the cycle of people hyping themselves up like crazy for Pokemon announcements and then getting super salty when it turns out it's not the crazy pipedream they wanted.
Liiiiike... folks need to stop setting themselves up to just be knocked down cause there's no world that can live up to their expectations.
Also... people are going to be mad now and I bet'cha suddenly be super excited once actual information starts coming out. -

Ha ha, very funny, @Inactivity
Well, I'd recommend Glaceon. You lose out on a bit of utility (Destiny Bond) and Froslass is a bit faster, but you gain much better overall stats (Even now, in Gen VII, Glaceon has the second highest SpA of all Ice-types and has respectable bulk too, 65/110/95). Furthermore, Glaceon can also learn Shadow Ball, albeit non-STAB.
I mean it's up to you, but I'd argue that Glaceon is the superior option.

I feel like such a wreck, mentally and emotionally...
Years of bullying back at school have left me with self esteem somewhere in the outer core of our planet (That's very low) and I always feel like my emotions will get the better of me at bad times...
And the "best" part is that I can't really do anything about it aside from trying to distract myself, which is sometimes hard to do, especially wednesdays...

tfw you are kicked out of your guild because an old guild leader tries to usurp control of the guild to "Make the guild great again". I kid you not, as that's exactly what's happened in my case.

I don't know what happened exactly. My guess is that the old guild leader had one of his lackies kick everyone not directly loyal to him. I simply blocked him on Discord and left the guild Discord out of disgust for what he did.
The 600+ members included alts and other inactive accounts. I'd say active there were about 100-200 people.
And yes, he uses that quote unironically.

Has something changed with Fissure? Because I lost a 30 something streak to it hitting twice in a row. If it means anything, it was during a sandstorm.

Out if curiosity, what is the minimum number if attacks needed to be able to hit every single type SE? A fighting move for Normal-types is necessary, Freeze-Dry is also very wide coverage...how many more?

So, I'm on a heroic quest to find a Quilfish in Pokémon Reborn. The Pokémon Location Guide is saying that I'm supposed to look in Celestine Mountain and/or fish in Ameritine Mountain, but after about 20 minutes of searching in both areas, I'm starting to doubt that it's in either of those locations. (Even though the PokéDex is showing that it's supposed to be there.) Is it just really rare? I'm searching in Episode 15, just in case.

I'm tempted to enter the Redemption league with a mono ice team. Stupid? Yes. Do I think I'll get all the badges? Well, technically uh, nah. Do I think it'd be fun? Most likely.

Who is YOUR favorite Eeveelution, and why?
Mine is Sylveon simply because I love fairy types and less simply because a close friend of mine is named Sylvia. The last reason shouldn't be hard to understand I think.

I just got two legendary items - one each for my mage and warlock - on the same day. And they both came from Highmountain Emissary Caches. As did the only legendary I had before today.
