Start with Aqua Ring to have a stacked heal with leftovers. Next Toxic to do that stall thing. Feel free to switch out if you feel threatened or got statused. Scald for the taunting which will likely come.

He got mad because his megahorn was "not very effective", anyways, Set Rock Polish up, getting at decent speed and sweep. Wood Hammer and Double Edge both hit extremely hard and can 1HKO many pokes. Double Edge to hit neutrally and Wood Hammer for water and other coverage. Ice Punch for those pesky Grass and Dragon types that wanna ruin your day.
