Special Sweeper Samurott (F) @ Choice Scarf/ Life Orb Trait: Shell Armor EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Air Slash - Ice Beam - Hidden Power [Ground] - Hydro Pump/Surf One of my favorite pokes and has a decent move pool, and since Samurott has Air Slash I can give it HP Ground to handle all it's weaknesses. Hydro Pump for main stab or Surf for better accuracy and doubles/triples. Ice Beam to kill off Dragon threats.

Priority Sweep Lapras (M) @ Leftovers/ Life Orb Trait: Shell Armor EVs: 128 Atk / 128 Def / 252 SDef Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Dive/Protect - Zen Headbutt - Ice Shard - Curse Curse up to raise that lacking defense and that decent attack. Then do anything to kill your foe. Ice Shard can kill a lot of thinks because of STAB and 2 curses. Dive to hit with STAB too, and for lefty healing. Zen Headbutt to kill those worthless fighting types that can wreck Lapras.

IAMDRAGON Lapras (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Shell Armor EVs: 124 Atk / 128 Def / 128 SDef / 128 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Dragon Dance - Aqua Tail - Ice Shard/Bulldoze - Zen Headbutt Lapras has access to DRAGON DANCE! Cool right? So what you want to do is set that dance up as much as you want, because Lapras has amazing bulk, Zen Headbutt and Ice Shard/Bulldoze for coverage, and Aqua for MAIN stab.

What you want to do first is to get that thunder wave on your foe so you can go first, if the damage you take isn't hardcore, roost until paralyzation takes effect. Sub and Rock Slide or Headbutt (I prefer Headbutt more because of stab) for that hax cuz serene grace yo. Toxic: Both of these sets work, but toxic is sometimes risky because you would be moving last each round. But if you really want to use it, same as the thunder wave set, set toxic and roost or sub if you can.

You need to register a team, and use that team for all your gym battles. No legendaries (VERY PICKY, like no heatran or celebi)

Well the attack boost is awesome, amnesia against a special attacker that could waste Scrafty. Drain Punch that's used for healing along with Crunch is pretty scary, against a pokemon that's neutral to Crunch and Drain Punch you should use Crunch first because of the defense lowering effect, then go with Drain to take more health than usual.

Make your foe sleep by tossing your sleep powder all over it, then set up sub so if they wake up and hit you can still pass. Do your quivering then pass if you still have sub, even better. HP Water instead of sub for coverage.
