I can breed you these pokemon in return (4-5IV's) except for larvesta, joltik and skorupi haven't found a good male yet. I can breed you a 4-5 IV marill and pawniard too

Let's say i put a power item on a pokemon to breed and it levels up 20 times it will get less speed then normal but if i give him 20common candies and take the power item off and i level him to lvl20 again does the speed stay the same as before or is it more?

I get 47000gold with luck incence every win + i get shards for ability capsules and easy grinding for my low level pokemons
