You can't get an ability that a Pokemon doesn't have in any way without manipulating the actual game. You might as well be asking how to get Parental Bond on a Garchomp

However, it may have a hard time against bulky fairy types who can outlive any damage Spirilynx dishes out. However, it packs plenty of priority moves, and can finish off most near-death Pokemon. I mean, if you got them from the Smogon site then there really isn't much wrong with it. There's just one thing I'd suggest (not an improvement, just a suggestion) is that people often run Belly Drum + Sitrus Berry Azumarill, and that +Huge Power + Priority Aqua Jet kills most that doesn't resist water.
