Feardorcha does what he does best when inside of dangerous situations, which is to sit silently and try to memorize the voice of the one who had captured him, mimicking the....man's face was out of the question of course, since the obvious difference in height would immediately give him away, although of course he could always just use magic for that right? He then proceeded to spend the majority of his time memorizing every single detail possible about the man. -

It was at that moment that the laughing man pressed another button on his dashboard, causing the seats in the back of the van to move, thus making everyone face forwards. No one is sure why he chose to do that, up until the point where the van shot off at a back breaking pace, before taking flight into the open air. Anyone who bothered to look behind them would notice an angelic figure with too many eyes and noses materializing behind them as the driver closed his eyes and muttered something repeatedly in what is most likely gibberish as Solomon desperately tried to move the car out of the way of buildings, passing helicopters and eventually planes. With a loud cry of "This will probably work guys" the angelic figure punched the van, causing it to charge towards a distant building at several thousand miles per hour, before causing everything to disappear and be replaced by the sight of a small cottage in the middle of a park, and the van went to a sudden stop as the figure disappeared. Edmund would find the woman pointing directly at the shotgun with a confident smile "Well technically five, good old Lucy here has eaten one too many souls it seems, how has the lodge been treating you? You dumb [Censored]." Some men with rifles took the shotgun and the violin away from Edmond, before another man pulled out a yellow and black pistol and shooting him in the back with what turned out to be a tazer. He is then handcuffed and picked up by the woman in full plate with one hand and carried outside of the nightclub she the whispers the words "The councilor would love to have a chat with you".

The laughing man simply says "Can somebody close the door before the bad men with the guns proceed to shoot us to death? And put on your fucking seatbelts people, I do hope that none of you are afraid of moving at the speed of sound". Edmond would find the bartender downing a rather large bottle of beer, he does not seem to be responding at he present, although the shotgun did manage to say "Yes they seem to be quite good at stabbing each other in the back and causing large messes for you to clean" but before Edmond could even walk towards the backroom he would hear the sound of multiple guns being cocked right behind him, the moment he turns around he would be greeted by twenty different assault rifles and a Colt Manhunter, the last gun was being held by the woman in plate armor, who then says "Good morning, you are under arrest for aiding and abetting four different wanted women on the exact same day in front of a Knight Errant police officer, to put it simply, you're nicked chum.".

The man proceeds to laugh quite loudly, before saying "Cute, mind affecting magic, I used to do that when I couldn't just talk to girls to make them love me, but anyway since the two of you fucked your only chances of doing this quietly in the ass, and since the only thing that has been keeping the two of you alive is a favor taken from what is honestly the worst creature to have ever existed in the matrix, and since you shot a rather valuable contact repeatedly, the only way I can see this plan not fail horribly is by giving the rest of you bigger guns and drop kicking you into the metaphorical kitchen and hoping that enough of you survive to set the book on fire.".

Solomon visibly facepalmed at this, he then turned to The man in the van listening to a song associated with can cans and said "You owe me 15 thousand nuyen, why in the fuck did you take that bet anyway? Ya sucker." The man sighed and handed Solomon a credstick, which Solomon gingerly pocketed, after a while the man turned to face the ones in the back. His face was painted like a renaissance fair clown, and two painted on red diamond symbols stretching down from the middle of his forehead to just underneath the man's nose. He had a rather devious grin as he said "Now, which one of you dishonorable blackguards are ready to brutally murder some Azzies and set fire to parts of their house?".

The man chuckles after hearing Izumi's speech, he then fiddles about with something while saying "I think that you could use a bloody drink, and luckily enough~" he then takes out an entire bottle of Islay Scotch and turns around slightly to hand Izumi the bottle "I'm a man of wealth and taste, so sit down, have a drink, and shut the fuck up.". Solomon then joins the group in the van by entering through the passenger's side door, he then turns around to look at the assembled group, he stares directly at Halley with an accusing pair of eyes, he then laughs joyfully before saying "Fucking why?".

The explosions did not bother the inhuman and iron handed men and women, they simply continued firing at Halley, causing even more damage to the previously bullet proof vest, although she does manage to barely escape the hail of bullets long enough to be introduced to the rear end of a van, which barely missed her as it drifted to a stop in front of the club. Izumi would crash through the window and notice the van almost hitting Halley, although she does not seem to be fired at anymore. "Of fucking course I did, I'm in a van outside of the fucking nightclub; those pricks are going to pay, as in literally pay; they are doing this for free"; Solomon's response was cut short by the man shutting off the phone and pushing a button on his ride's dashboard, causing the two back doors of the van to be opened, anyone standing around in the front of the nightclub would hear the words "So are you stay and play with your new friends some more? Or are you going to take a chance on me?", the ABBA song proceeded to play inside of the van, and the driver smiled a devious smile at the van's rear view mirror, although the only thing that Halley could see would be a pointy eared man with bright red hair's behind.

Izumi's aimed shot rings true, and the detective falls down immediately after receiving the blow; for some odd reason instead of curling up in despair, or perhaps trying rather uselessly to call for backup, she instead grits her teeth, and empties the clip of her Colt Manhunter directly at Izumi's center of mass, causing a rather large and focused hole in the torso of Izumi's outfit to be made, although Izumi herself would not feel any blood being expelled from her body, only the sensation of getting hit by a truck repeatedly. While the Bullet and Halley are running towards the exit, the group of iron handed men and women from earlier pull out several large assault rifles and form up in a firing line, before a man wearing what appears to be the unholy spawn astronaut's helmet and a fencing helmet yells in an unearthly voice "FOR THE FIVE THOUSAND NUYEN!", before opening fire at both of them, causing Halley to feel exactly what Izumi was feeling then, although The Bullet did manage to escape their barrage using his equally unearthly bullet dodging skills. Lexiel did not receive such a treatment, and nor did Edmond. The shotgun would upon hearing Edmond's query, would simply state the words "There are a lot of councilors you know, but the whole weapon's world thing makes me want to say Yes". The return message would simply state "Inside of this message there is a code for a 1000 nuyen reward, I don't know how you managed to convince them to commit suicide, but this 1000 nuyen is just the beginning my patriotic friend". Solomon and Visrii had been flying over a building that was in sight of the Psychedelic pirate, along the way Solomon inquired about several light subjects such as how in the hell did you meet her? How was she like in bed? How much a soul do you still have left? And why didn't she eat you with her husband. A somewhat regular piece of conversation about the demons in the Huxtaby building, up until the point where Solomon who had been flying on an entirely different and separate throne heard the various sounds of gunshots, and saw the Bullet fire himself out of the doorway, he stopped both of the thrones and looked at his phone for a news alert, and after finding one he would simply turn to face Visrii with what can only be described as a self satisfied grin as he said in a happy tone of voice "Well Visrii, it's been a nice trip, but I guess I'll see you next fall". Visrii's throne would then plummet towards the roof of a nearby building, before slowing down enough to dump his ass without breaking all of his bones and causing organ failure. He then typed in a number into a phone and brought it up to his ear before saying "You fucking knew this would happen, you little prick".

Solomon would then create a floating throne made out of books, before saying "Get on the throne, we are late, and we need to return to the Psychedelic Pirate posthaste, it is vital for the mission's success that we get you out of a neighborhood filled with so many.... Rapscallions, Ne'er-do-wells, and Flim Flam salesmen".

The woman immediately dropped the scotch glass she had been on the process of picking up from the counter top, it shattered into a several small pieces on the floor which caused the bartender to ejaculate the words "Goddamn it that was worth 50 nuyen". The woman then turns directly towards Lexiel and glances towards Halley, before slowly moonwalking backwards, after a while she turns in the other direction and runs away while saying "This is Detective Josephine Smith, They're fucking here, the fucks who shot councillor Armstrong, I'm at the Psychedelic Pirate" into what appears to be a very small radio.

It was at that point that the both of them would have noticed something: a woman in what appears to be full plate armor had slowly and carefully started to walk slowly towards Lexiel, with her hands raised up to indicate that she meant no harm she asked "Excuse me for my impoliteness miss, but I accidentally over heard parts of your conversation while on my way to the bar, but may I inquire for your name and whereabouts yesterday night?".

Straight Dave simply took out a flask of something naff, and poured a bit of it into his coffee before shotgunning the whole thing down, after doing this he leans back into the plush seat of the cafe a bit more before saying "Because you look like you could use the exercise and money; that and if you can't even murder someone, then what are you even doing in this gang? This is a test of your loyalty, go and buy a gun or something with that advance money man".

It was at this point that Radovan just had to ask the following question "So if your father only checks up on you once a year, how many times has he checked up on you?'. -
Halley would have to walk a bit to reach the table, but she would find a smiling image of the Austrian man from the roof, his face appears to be completely and utterly unharmed, and the picture showed the man in a pose that for some odd reason would cause a more pop culture inclined person to expect an "Eeeeeyyy" sound, there was also what one might assume is the man's signature on the lower right corner of the picture, it doesn't match the one given by the other Austrian man from earlier, and Halley could only make out the words "A. S.".

Halley would find no visible insignia on the heavily armed men and women, although she does notice a rather odd detail, all of their hands gleam in the light, as if they were made out of metal. Visrii would find a floating cube of books falling on the ground in front of him, it opens up to reveal Solomon, who simply says "Well that's a surprise, a room full of criminals for you to try and stab murder, and you're not even missing any body parts!". The bouncer nodded and ushered Edmond inside of the club without any problems or interesting behavior. Edmond would also notice the metal handed men and women, and Theodore staring confusedly at a signed headshot of an Austrian man and a tankard of beer, he would also find both Halley and Lexiel near the nightclub's bar. A slight buzz informs him that the Councillor is being particularly talkative today, and the message simply displays a headshot of Visrii, with a note stating "Visrii, used to go under a feminine fake name, SIN pings as Ben Dover, worth 5,000 dead, 10,000 if his death is especially painful, 15,000 if I find the way he died to be particularly amusing, 1000 nuyen if you turn him in to Knight Errant.".

Edmond would find himself strangely unmolested by the various criminal organizations existing relatively peacefully at the bottom of the Huxtaby building, and he would find a similar experience when walking towards the Psychedelic Pirate, although he would spot a strange cube made out of books charging recklessly towards the building itself. The councillor's response came a few moments before Edmond reached the Pirate, it simply showed a picture of Halley, Visrii and the face Lexiel had assumed back then, Halley's face was mostly obscured by her helmet, but the message did contain a lot of information on Visrii, including how the man moved, what his face looked like, what the man smelled like, and a tiny bit marking him as having an active SIN stating that his name is "Ben Dover" the only explanation the man gives for all of this is a small note stating the words "A wizard did it, well a Wizard and a bunch of nanomachines anyway. The head bastard made the mistake of getting a SIN and using that as cover for getting the would be Assassin into the room, rather unfortunately the Assassin forgot to make sure that I was dead, I mean for the love of God who thought it was a good idea to hire the rank amateur for this?". The bartender thanks her for the tip, and after a while he says "It was from the muscly guy in a biker outfit over..." The man turns to point towards a man who was nowhere to be found and after a while he furrowed his brow and continued with "Well wherever he is he said to thank you for showing a guy a good time, not sure what he meant by that and I don't like to assume things about people I know nothing about".

Edmond would find that the violin was in fact quite out of tune, as if it hadn't been used in a looong while, the shotgun simply says "It's a violin, you have two hands, two feet, and you seem to understand the basics of walking, just pick it up and carry it out man, it's not like it's worth anything, or maybe you should take the violin case as well, it has a good gun in it". Halley would find that the bartender had at some point taken his phone back from her with a polite "I'll have that back please", he then hands Lexiel a shot glass with a foul smelling liquid inside of it "Something dirty in a clean glass, it probably won't cause liver failure or melt your stomach". Theodore would see a smiling Arnold Schwarzenegger expy wearing his good old Terminator 2 outfit and carrying a tankard of beer in one hand and what appears to be a rather large video camera aimed at Halley and Lexiel in the other, before he could pay any more attention to the man, a crowd of heavily armed men and women of varying heights and bulk wall between Theodore, and by the time they pass the man is gone, although the man did leave his tankard and a headshot on a table next to Theodore.

Solomon laughs and uncomfortably long amount of time after Edmond asked him said question, but after a while he finally stops long enough to say "I'll make sure that he still has all eight fingers and the ability to move his limbs sure, just tell him to wait for ten minutes, say hi to any Lodge fucks you meet by the way". Edmond would immediately be chastised by the shotgun upon his attempt to investigate the underside of it's bed "Unless you want the eventual film based on this particular moment in your life to contain an hours long segment filled with all kinds of depravity and generally AO shit, then you should not check the underside of my bed". Upon Edmond noticing the violin case and attempting to investigate it the shotgun would react with "No that's just a submachinegun I set to fire at anyone attempting to open the violin case". After a while Edmond would find the violin, a spruce, willow and maple creation, with an ancient appearance, somewhere on it he would find a faded stamp stating "Stradivarius". Meanwhile, back in real life; Solomon had a rather nice dream involving wine, women, classical music, and the gibbering monstrosities he kicks around for no reason whatsoever. He then proceeded to barge out of the room past Halley, and went full throttle towards the Huxtaby building.

Radovan finally broke the silence by rudely asking "So while we wait for your father and the rest of the group, do you have anything to eat or drink? Or something to pass the time with?". -
Edmond would receive another message from the councillor, a small voice clip that goes "I thank you for your support citizen, the doctors tell me that I'll be out of the hospital before the end of the week". Edmond would also find that the caller was in fact Solomon, who immediately says "Stop trying to wake me up Halley, also wait, is this Edmond? How have you been guy?" He proceeds to ignore Edmond's following statement, although the shotgun did say something along the lines of "Sure, why not". After Edmond said the magical words "42" the jungle clearing disappeared, revealing a mostly bare white walled room, the man eater plant was still there, although the door did open itself with a heady sigh. Edmond would find the presence of Visrii beyond the door, in what appears to be a bedroom, the shotgun simply says the words "Ignore the mid morning snack and head into the bedroom, there should be a violin case somewhere".

Straight Dave nods in confirmation, and he pulls out a small tablet, he types something in the tablet for a few moments, and a slight chirping sound in Aerumna, Darien, and Maria's credstick indicates that the 250 nuyen advance had been transferred to their accounts. He then shifts slightly before saying "So are the rest of you doing this? Or are you just going to stand there and not say or do anything?".

Edmond would find the inside of a jungle beyond the sturdy door, the clearing he was in featured a rushing stream which when combined with the soft ambient hum of tropical birds calling to each other, some animal making ook ook sounds, and the general sounds one would associate with a jungle. Various plants are present inside of the forest, and several lanky trees provide a seemingly impenetrable border, about equivalent to a rather large living room. The clearing is dominated by the presence of a rather large man eater plant munching on....something, there was also a rather large television set on a standard television stand, it was located right across a leather couch. Another wooden door was present across the room, just past the giant man eater plant, the door that Edmund used to enter the clearing sighs contently before closing itself. Responses
