Good evening ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to a quite possibly unwanted attempted at creating merger between the world of old fashioned film noir private detective stories and the familiar world of Pokemon. So yes it is as you feared; I am afraid that this is yet another Pokemon RP that deals in the dark themes and situations that is only ever implied in the official games themselves. So if you came to this page because you wanted to experience the joys of conquering the league with the help of your friends and rivals in a way that would allow actual living people to be said friends and rivals...then I suggest that you wait a while for another good friend of mine to start the other game I am Co-GMing, and I apologize for wasting your time. But if you came here because you wanted to experience a wide world full of adventure, and immediately ignore most of it to go and help a heart broken man find the cause of his love’s sudden and inexplicable disappearance; by going undercover and infiltrating part of an international Pokemon smuggling ring to retrieve said man’s lost love from their innermost sanctum(It’s complicated); just before you are forced to bug out with all of the evidence you could grab, and have most of you report back to base to get paid with a smile on your face for reuniting a boy and his dog...and then retch a little in disgust when your boss shows you exactly what happened to the victim in the murder case you will be investigating tomorrow. Alan heads to the Workshop to ask Shen for help with using the alien alloys to strengthen the DOOMBOT's armor, and perhaps obtain some more help from the woman with improving the DOOMBOT's AI and fine motoric control....and let's just say that he is going to bring up the subject of improving the Minigun some more by perhaps abandoning Nader's admittedly primitive modification at some point in the future by getting started on researching a lighter way to wind up the minigun's barrels faster(Sorry Nader).

Ahmed was completely and utterly speechless when he first saw his mother, and he found himself unable to do anything but stand there in slack-jawed disbelief as his mother wordlessly (could she still speak?) motioned for him to embrace her, or to at the very least acknowledge her existence by speaking to her. It took a few awkward moments of waiting before he decided to just rush over and wordlessly hug her tightly for an amount of time that would be considered to be inappropriate in any other context.

El Tiburón did not know how someone could expect him out of all people to introduce himself without the right musical accompaniment as he stood up with a dramatic swish of his long coat and the sound of a chair being suddenly lifted up and dropped onto the floor, and he beheld the mysterious woman's eyes for just a few glorious moments before he said "Despite what you have heard from the Director, my true identity is not plain old Isiduro Gallo..." he had to stop himself from cracking a smile when he suddenly stopped to gently shake his head to leave a dramatic pause; that soon ended when he suddenly tore open the thick layer of gauze that covered his inlaid lucha libre mask in half with his cybernetic hands without flinching, and he mentally thanked the nice people from the hospital who helped him practice that particular trick so many times before while he said "Because you see my true name is El Tiburón Etéro! The ETHER POWERED SHARK OF THE LAND!". He decided to leave yet another dramatic pause in there to adjust the straps on the back of his mask...just a few moments before he bowed at the mysterious woman, and said "And I must say that I look forward to using my explosive fists, and my mastery of the long forgotten lucha libre art of target oriented teleportation to help you on your noble cause senorita".

Jun shouted out the words "Can anyone here put out the fire covering the giant eye before it spreads it to everyone in the group?" as she continued to quickly aim and fire her arrows at the house sized and not very fast moving target. Move 1: Jun uses her Terraria Copper Bow to attack the Transformed Eye of Cthulhu, dealing 2d6+Dex+3 damage, and firing off another attack using her Extra Attack trick passive to deal 2d6+Dex+3+4d4 damage after triggering Ambush Hunter. Move 2-5: Jun uses her Terraria Copper Bow to attack the Transformed Eye of Cthulhu until she runs out of moves. Conditional: If Jun's health goes below 10, then Jun will use a Red Heart as a free action that is part of her next move.

Alan ordered his DOOMBOT to carefully pick up its minigun and drag the MEC's wreckage out of the Firebrand as he absentmindedly wiped off some of the dust that had accumulated on his suit and picked up the Codex brain with his own two hands just before he stepped into the limelight. It took a few moments before he realized that he still had his mask on, which was a fact that he hastily tried to rectify by awkwardly attempting to take off his head covering mask with just one hand. After he spent a few moments making sure that his appearance wouldn't horrify any small children/make him look like an insufferable dickhead, he finally made his presence known by clearing his throat just before he said "Well it is good to finally meet you in person Commander Zhou. My name is Alan Tsar, I am a freelance roboticist, hacker, and quantum computer programmer who specializes in drone design and assembly...I also have a highly experimental personal shield generator that I could use really some help with reverse engineering and some experience with infiltrating highly secured facilities and not dying horribly in a firefight. And that is basically all I have to offer, other than-". Alan swiftly raises the Codex brain up and taps its side with his right index finger "This Codex brain that I found within the wreckage of an ADVENT MEC".

Alan wisely decided to put the extremely valuable piece of currently unusable alien equipment down on a nearby chair before he turned towards the woman to say "Ah, so do you know how advanced these AIs tend to be then? And how connected they are to ADVENT themselves? Since I might try and run some experiments on it later and I don't want to accidentally activate some hostile cutting edge AI made out of a novahot hacker's choicest hacking 'ware or have it send out a long and easily identifiable GPS signal that flat out says 'XCOM IS RIGHT HERE AND WAITING TO BE FRAGGED' to them you know?". As he waited for an answer he turned slightly to face the Templar and asked "Does XCOM have a way to block or reduce the effects of psionic influences over the mind? Because I think I speak for at least one other person in this room when I say that I want to have one with me on the field at all times for obvious reasons".

Radovan patiently stood in place as he waited for the others to choose where they wanted to go, and for good old Red to finally say or do something, anything in response to what he had said earlier. After a few more moments of mostly awkward silence and staring at each other had passed and the group seemed to be on the verge of breaking off into several smaller groups once more, Radovan politely decided to break the ice by coughing just before he poked them on the shoulder and said "Alright, I am heading out, and you should follow me if you want to continue the conversation". He then walked towards the chamber they had found earlier in the hopes that the Absol that guarded it would be long gone by now, and that he would be able to find the exit they were looking for and finally reach the surface once more.

Jun instinctively ducked behind a nearby rock for cover the moment she heard the sound of a massive gas explosion detonating in the air when Calvera threw one of her waves of fire all over the damn sky to try and incinerate some of the demonic eyes floating around the place. And after a few moments had passed the Ambassador would stand up and quietly stare at the bright and fiery aftermath. She wondered exactly what Calvera did differently in this case as she took out her copper bow once more, took out several more arrows, took aim at one of the well outlined demonic eyes, and promptly got tackled down to the ground by a flaming cataract eye before she could fire a single shot. Jun decided to respond to this new development by doing the obvious thing and rolling away from the aggressive creature that wanted to kill her and set her on fire to try and prevent the strange blue fire from spreading. And after a few moments had passed the ambassador finally decided to stand up and launched a couple of arrows in the flaming cataract eye's general direction to try and scare it off, before she moved on to fire a lot more arrows at the now extremely visible demonic eyes floating around the damn place. Move 1: Jun attacks Cataract Demon Eye B with her Terraria Copper Bow, dealing 2d6+Dex+3 damage twice and triggering Extra Attack Move 2: Jun attacks the one remaining Demon eye with her Terraria Copper Bow Move 3: Jun attacks the remaining Demon eye with her Terraria Copper Bow if it is still alive, otherwise she launches an attack on the Eye of Cthulhu Move 4: Jun attacks the Eye of Cthulhu with her Terraria Copper bow, potentially dealing an additional 4d4 points of damage on top of the bow's damage if someone has already attacked the Eye of Cthulhu this round Move 5: Jun attacks the Eye of Cthulhu again

Alan hadn't really payed any amount of attention to the conversation happening all around him, as he was too busy with carefully dismantling and inspecting every single component of the alien drone that he could access and divine the use of inside of the cramped and sometimes unsteady confines of the transport they had all found themselves in. And after he spent a few moments by hacking away at the MEC's extremely dense armor plating with an extremely useful miniature welder; before he ordered his DOOMBOT to ever so gently pry the weakened armor plating open with its bare hands as part of an extremely successful attempt to break through the MEC's dense armor and reveal an almost completely intact and obviously highly advanced central processing unit shaped in the form of a mechanical brain...that Alan immediately took from the MEC's chassis when the armor plating seemed cool enough to not burn his skin on contact. Alan then gingerly raised the Codex brain up to place it in full view of everyone before he finally decided to say "Alright so I just have to ask, how is XCOM faring these days? And what do you actually do to try and defeat Advent other than by blowing their facilities up?". He turned to stare at the mechanical brain for a few seconds before he pointed at it with his free hand's index finger and said "Also does Advent usually outfit their expendable walker form drones with expensive looking mechanical brains?".

Loadout Jun reflexively triggered her A.G.I.L.E. System before she pulled out several arrows from the quiver she presumably got from the blacksmith, and set to work on taking down as many of the flying eyes as possible to prevent them from tackling everyone to death before they can beat back the gigantic floating eye. Move 1: Jun uses A.G.I.L.E. System on herself to buff her Dexterity Move 2: Jun attacks the first living Demon Eye she can attack with her Terraria Copper bow, and as this is the first weapon attack she makes this round she makes two 2d6+Dex+3 attacks, adding an additional 4d4 to the second attack if the first one hits. Move 3: Jun uses the Terraria Copper Bow on the Demon Eye she attacked earlier if it isn't dead, if they are dead she moves on to attack the other Demon eye, if that one is dead because of an Ally then she moves on to attack the Cataract demon eyes to deal 2d6+Dex+3 damage to it if the attack hits Move 4: If the Demon Eyes are still alive Jun attacks them again, if they are too busy being dead to be a valid target then Jun moves on to attack any living Cataract Demon Eyes with her Copper Bow Move 5: Attack Cataract Demon Eye A with the Terraria Copper Bow if it is alive, Attack Cataract Demon B if A is dead Move 6: Attack any living Demon Eyes with the Terraria Copper Bow Jun has a perk backed Dex*2% Dodge chance just in case that actually comes up in battle somehow

Ahmed nodded at the good doctor's direction before said "Alright, I'll be over there in just a moment", he then picked up his plate and went inside of the kitchen for a few moments to place it inside of the sink. After he hurriedly tried to wash some of the sauce away from the plate he walked back to the doctor and said "So is there something wrong?".

Jun went with the rest of the group that went to the blacksmith's shop after the guide's better armed companion mentioned the presence of a flying potential hostile accompanied by a swarm of demonic eyes, and when she arrived she would gingerly examine each and every single weapon and armor displayed there to try and find one that would help her deal with a flying opponent easier. She was just about to settle for taking a regular copper bow when the artist mentioned that the better looking bow she was holding was up for grabs...which is why Jun decided to gingerly take it from Alyssa before saying "That would be me, and I thank you for your help". Jun will join the fight after taking the offered high fantasy copper bow from Alyssa.

Alan quickly realized that this might be his only opportunity to grab absolutely anything of value from this situation; this is why he ordered his DOOMBOT to climb back out of the firebrand once more and drag the nearest MEC scrap onto the vehicle while he quietly took a couple of steps backwards to get just a tiny bit closer to the only way out. "What the hell is an Avatar?".

Jun glanced at the sack before she gently pushed it over to the other members of the party. "What do you actually do as a guide anyway Jeff?". After the man had answered her question the ambassador would lean in slightly before she asked "Also can you think of anyone who is in need of help? Or any urgent problems that need to be resolved before we try and do anyhing else?".

Radovan simply shrugged and took his Woobat and Sableye out of their Aetherballs before he gestured in their general direction. "Nothing much, we just caught a few Pokemon, explored most of this place's expansive tunnel system, broke down some crystal walls, got some metal figures back from a rather naughty Sableye, and generally did our jobs properly". He then shrugged before he swiftly put his Pokemon back where they belonged. "So what were your group doing on the surface anyway?".

"Nothing much, we just caught a few Pokemon, explored most of this place's expansive tunnel system, broke down some crystal walls, got some metal figures back from a rather naughty Sableye, and generally did our jobs properly". He then shrugged before he swiftly put his Pokemon back where they belonged. "So what were your group doing on the surface anyway?".

Radovan had spent quite a bit of time by massaging his fingers and gently poking one of the fallen Carbink with his right foot to see if their best wishes actually did something more useful than making the shard marginally shinier. He inevitably let out a sigh of disappointment when it failed to respond to his gentle prodding at all, as it seemed that you simply couldn't wish a long dead corpse back to life... It took an unfortunately short amount of time for him to realize that the fallen Carbink had some really neat looking crystals, and he would have crawled back inside to pry one off if Red~ hadn't chosen to step up and greet him, this caused him to quickly twirl to face the man before he replied by saying "That usually means that I don't really think that there is anything worth saying right now".

Before the guide had led the party to the mountains or gestured for anyone to sit down near the table; Jun had nodded in reply to the man's question before she gestured back at the bus and the giant boat like...thing and said "Well...do I really have to say it?". She then followed the pair all the way to the quaint looking village they apparently came from and entered the tavern just like everyone else did. Jun would almost immediately flop down on the nearest available seat when the bartender offered one, and she took a few moments to try and get some rest and recuperation before she said "So you mentioned that there was a prophecy about a group of people who match our general description coming to help out in a time of great need...can you tell us anything more about that? And the general situation in and around the town?"

Alan nodded at the templar before he took a step towards the man while he took off his admittedly odd looking clown mask. "Right, since that situation has been dealt with I just want to introduce myself by saying that my name is Alan, and that I want to know if I am allowed to bring the remains of one of those giant robot things with me on your transport". As he says this his DOOMBOT walks up to the transport as non threateningly as possible before it gingerly drops its heavy minigun inside of the transport.

After the battle ended Jun turned off her suit's personal stealth field off and curiously examined one of the red hearts that were lying on the floor for a few moments, and after realizing that she didn't actually know what they did she decided to put it inside of one of her suit's many compartments and made a mental note to get it examined later. Jun took one last look around the place as she walked after the guide and the arms dealer, and she offered a handshake to the both of them just before she said "Well my name is Jun and it is a pleasure to meet the both of you, also how did you know that we were coming?".

After the two Stun Lancers had successfully managed to run away from the fight, dirty cowards that they were, Alan had set to work on repairing his DOOMBOT's heavily damaged, frame, armor, and internal systems the way only a man who spent his youth training under the tutelage of an old woman who obsessively watched the old "Macgyver" TV series could, and while the DOOMBOT certainly looked worse for the wear when Alan had finished tinkering with it, it wasn't one good hit away from turning into a pile of loosely organized scrap, and that was...something. Alan would walk back to where the rest of the group was standing soon afterwards, and he was just about to suggest that they commence the good old Runner strategy of smashing into the facility, performing the mission, and getting away with anything valuable that wasn't nailed down or tagged when an unfamiliar looking alien floated down and was instantly greeted by an imposing array of guns being unceremoniously pointed at them as they spoke, and to this Alan simply decided to shrug before he said "And what is this common enemy that you speak of anyway?".
