As you said, hes not available. I'm pretty sure anyone who has one has gotten it from editing their save file with RPG Maker or something similar.

Naw, I did a backup of the save, so I still have the leafeon and the life orb. Have fun with that Leafeon. Took a hell of a long time to breed

The information for field effects is something you have to find now. You get an app on your pokegear that gives you info on field effects. You find said info in the same way you get items, on the floor.

At this point in the game, we have strong pokemon, so the only advantage gym leaders have is their interactions with the field effects. So, the way to win is to take that away. For example, I've got a bulky Tangrowth with Grassy Terrain. This destroyed Amaria, because when she loses her speed and damage boosts, shes just a bunch of water types that get wrecked by lightning or grass. So try and find some mons that can change field effects

There another great way to grind that episode 16 gave us. In the Grand Hall, there is a trainer. Its a different trainer for each day of the week, but they all have level 80+ pokemon (Can remember which day, but one day has a guy that just has a bunch of Squirtles, Wartotrles and Blastoises). You can fight this trainer as many times as you want. Its great for EXP and Money.
