Some are hidden around in the areas check them here: http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=16315&page=1 or you can get them in agate circus/7th street when yoz trade shards for them -
you have to use honey on trees and then move from them and wait a bit for pinsir and heracross to appear

you have to clear route 1 stuff first, use all bouffallants,pinsir and heracross to clear the way vanhahen castle is in the most east part of route 1 -

you can get razor fang when you have all shop stickers and by going back into ep13 (if you will do that make sure to make backup saves) or just wait for razor fang to be available for real in the game

you can get tyrunt in Spinel town by defeating meteor grunts in museum or later in Agate circus or 7th street by completing a side quest so earliest dragon you can get is noibat (which takes a lot of time to evolve) and skrelp if you will want to know other pokemon locations you can find those here http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=16407&page=1 I'm going to leave the team building part to other users ^^

you can access 7th street after beating radomus which is the 8th gym so yeah after Kiki

Can breed: http://pastebin.com/Ykh4PAKW Want: 5 or 6 iv starters (chickorita,oshawoot,snivy,chespin), mystery egg pokemon (frillish,vullaby)->don't care about their ivs, anything with 5 ivs that I don't already own (PM me for list), stuff with egg moves

it should be still available btw if you started playing before ep15 you will always get an azurill from the egg

machine next to voltrob doesn't have anything to do with it, try going from the beginning and check all the rooms to drain brown water
