glitch has nothing to do with the item itself, it is used so you can reach the item so you can only get one life orb that way

From item guide: Life Orb Celestine Mountain B2F after using the Strength glitch to go upwards (entrance from North Aventurine Woods after clearing all logs and webs OR by going down the Waterfall at the right in Celestine F1 and again down the Waterfall in B1F, then using the Strength glitch), also held by wild Absol (Route 4 at night at the Waterfall with an Ill-Fated Doll in the bag, only one encounter)

You can still get either seel or cacnea from the egg. You can't reset for the egg to change because it is predetermined when you start the game

He should appear after the city gets restored. Do note that this tutor is bugged for some people meaning that he will only appear for some people. This should be fixed in next release.

Try to get a good ditto - you can do that via sos chain. Or I could give you another pokemon from the same egg group so you could pass better ivs that way also more info on sun/moon breeding: If you don't breed with ditto only females can pass HA Both male and female pokemon pass the egg moves and ball Genderless pokemon can also pass the ball now

I'm not 100% sure about this but I think that none of the events changed but some events are unavailable after the city restore -
Dragon pulse tutor is in peridot ward. It is available after defeating adrienn. Do note that he will only appear on certain times of the day
