  1. Seeing that I don't have the TM, I'm guessing it's broken? Has anybody else had this issue?
  2. Is this not the right cliff?
  3. Is it still in the game? The TM guide said: Have looked high and low along said area, and not a single Shadow Claw to be found. Any tips?
  4. Madame X is actually our dad it all makes sense now
  5. Butterfree for B+ (A-?) Obtainable: Before Gym 1 (Gearen Park) Ability: CompoundEyes (dat 97.5% accurate sleep powder), Tinted Lens (Bug Buzz spam all the way) Moves: Sleep Powder, Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Stun Spore/Poisonpowder/Shadow Ball/Psybeam/filler (doesn't really matter since you'll mainly be using the first 3 moves) Useful for: Much of the early game, Sleep Powder + Quiver Dance is pretty deadly. I was using Compound Eyes originally, but due to the ability changing glitch in v6 it now has Tinted Lens. Notable appearances included soloing Crawli's gym (since Quiver Dance gives +2 thanks to the Forest field) and taking out most of Zetta & Gearen's team in the double battle w/ Melia. With CompoundEyes, you can nail the enemy with Sleep Powder on the first turn then quiver dance one or two times followed by an attack, while with Tinted Lens the sleep chance is slightly less but you have a more reliable stab move in Bug Buzz. Obviously one major downside is that it is VERY frail (weak to rock/fire/flying/electric), especially on the physical side, but it can still take a hit or two on the special side (like a Shadow Ball from Gearen's Gengar) Summary: Very useful status distributor with CompoundEyes, pretty underrated sweeper with Tinted Lens.
  6. What's Angie's field do now? Frozen Dimensional Field? Back in V5 I believe water attacks were weakened too, don't think that's a thing anymore. Since you have Camerupt you could try manipulating the field with Eruption to make it dimensional, but that powers up Froslass' ghost type attacks. Perhaps if you trained a dusclops with shadow sneak you could do some decent damage to it. Or Mawile could take it out with Iron head if shadow ball doesnt KO it Infernape takes out most of her team although her mamoswine can tank a close combat, beware of that - a water type is essential there
  7. It wasn't on the lake for me iirc, it was by the smaller pond
  8. There's also Gothita (see the wiki article here http://pokemon-rejuvenation.wikia.com/wiki/Event_Pokemon)
  9. Ludicolo for sure, you have Ampharos and Blaziken weak to EQ and other ground types, so it would be a good counter; its flying weakness is covered by ampharos, the only downside is that you get an additional pokemon with poison weakness (assuming you put in gardevoir too), but that's not the end of the world since you're putting in krookodile
  10. Slight bug with Kakori help center: If you do the battle again quest, the help center receptionist will act as if you have done all the quests (when I hadn't done the roggenrola one)
  11. ^I have the same issue, I think it has to do with the music
  12. (Sorry for the double post) Where in Wispy Ruins is the Rock Climb Area? In the part that leads to Route 4 or in the part under the waterfall?
  13. Updated Purity Forest. Is there still something in Wispy Ruins?
  14. Just finished the V6 storyline, now trying to do some exploring, starting with Rock Climb So far the only time I've used it is in Sheridan Wetlands to get Crawli's TM Where else are good places to look? If there's enough interest I'll start compiling them all in this post. Locations: Sheridan Wastelands - TM81 X-Scissor (Crawli's TM) Purity Forest - TM36 Sludge Bomb Amethyst Cave - TM01 Hone Claws, Phase Dial Wispy Ruins - Mudkip, Ladder for Shadow Ball TM quest, TM23 Smack Down, Heart Scale Garufa Ruins (near Groudon) - Grass Knot
  15. Yea if you want superior offense go with HJK instead of Drain Punch, hits like a truck.
  16. Oracle

    Swampert

Currently running an attacker set (took a while to breed one with semi-decent IVs & nature, not going through that again for curse), debating on the last moveslot: -Earthquake (mandatory) -Waterfall (STAB) -Avalanche (grass types + coverage) -Hammer Arm/Rock Slide Which is the better move? Both offer relatively good coverage, namely hitting Ice Types. Would it not be recommended to swap out waterfall in favor of both (since Waterfall only hits ground super effective)?
  17. Mamoswine can hit hard, but since you don't have any heart scales I don't think you'll be able to evolve it...plus it doesn't resist Hyper Voice so it'll take some heavy damage. Do you have any steel or poison types? Lucario's a decent option but its defenses aren't the best.
  18. Update: Trained an Azumarill w/ Belly Drum, Play Rough, Aqua Jet, and Superpower. It's quite useful! Was pleasantly surprised. Also trained up a Honchkrow to get myself a zubat w/ Nasty Plot and Brave Bird, currently has Moxie along with Sucker Punch, Foul Play, Brave Bird, and Roost. I'm a big fan of this guy, definitely going to try to use him in my main team. Now onto Crobat: how do special and physical sets compare? Due to the lack of TMs the special set looks kinda weak, probably something like Nasty Plot, Venoshock, Air Slash, and Dark Pulse/Hidden Power. Physical has a bit more power, with moves like Cross Poison and Brave Bird/Acrobatics (can't spell Acrobatics without Crobat!), but doesn't get much coverage. Is mixed at all viable? Something like Acrobatics/Brave Bird, Cross Poison, Air Slash, and Dark Pulse/Hidden Power.
  19. That's fair, especially compared to most other starters' DW abilities it certainly is one of the best (arguably second to blaziken)
  20. Why remove Iron Fist? It's not nearly as OP as Speed Boost. The only moves it boosts are Mach Punch, Fire Punch (which with the boost reaches 90 BP, noticeably less than Flare Blitz), and Thunder Punch (which hits only as hard as a neutral Close Combat).
  21. Machop is in Pyrous mountain, Machoke is on Route 2.
