Quite honestly the biggest problem I still have is how to distnguish Robin as a Pokemon. She has a bunch of different distinguishing traits. There is her flower Devil Fruit, destructive/deceptive nature, pseudo esper abilities, and a lot of reading done. I'm not sure what to pick out from all of these. Also I'm gonna change the rule regarding keeping crew members, because most of the suitable Pokemon for the crew in the later game aren't available until about gym 4 or 5. So the team will be adjusted to have crew members who still fit the traits I have already set forth. When a better Pokemon that can replace a crew member comes along, I should replace it.

Yo Reborn. It's Darv again, and I am gonna try out something interesting in terms of a Reborn run. Although before I do it, I am gonna require a little help from you guys if you're interested in reading a run like this one. The basic premise of this run was to emulate the crew of the Straw Hat Pirates from the anime One Piece. There will be a couple rules before I do this, that I know I will abide by, but there's some things I still need advice on. Buuuutttt..... Basic Rules - My player character will be named Mary, after the Straw Hat's first ship: the Going Merry. This trainer is the vessel that will carry her crew into the New World. - Each Pokemon will be named after one of the Straw Hat crew, and must keep that name. - I must keep my captain (the Pokemon being Luffy) in my party at all times, because a vessel goes astray without its trusty captain. I can bring any other of the five crew members I wish at any time. - No crew member left behind. Once I obtain a Pokemon by the namesake of its character, it stays on my team for good. - As long as I have the captain first, there is no particular order I have to obtain the other crew members. - Each character will be as closely represented by one or more of their anime traits, through Pokemon, whether it be Abilitylock, movelock, or namelock, nature/typelock, and Guidelines for each character will be provided below. - Oh and all Pokemon will be obtained legitimately The Crew This is where I need help. Anyone labeled with a question mark, I cannot deduce a good restriction to impose on them, based on their traits: The Captain - Luffy: The main man, Monkey D. Luffy. He will be determined by a name/species lock. He will be a primate in one way or another. Sadly I am sure y'all know the only monkey Pokemon early in the game. The Swordsman - Zorro: Any Pokemon with blades on its form, and preferably if it could learn Swords Dance, shall emulate Zorro. The Cook - "Black Leg" Sanji: Any Pokemon emulating Sanji must learn at least one kick move, and preferably learn no move that would use the hands. Or otherwise use it rarely. The Sniper - Usopp: This Pokemon must have the Ability of Sniper. The Doctor - Chopper: Any deer Pokemon will fulfill the role of Chopper The Navigator - Nami: The navigator Nami must be a Pokemon whose nature must have an influence on the weather, or otherwise must learn a weather TM. The Archaeologist - Robin?: Robin is the tough one that I can't quite lay a finger on in terms of how to choose a Pokemon to emulate her The Shipwright - Franky: Our sturdy shipwright must have a heavy armor plating and/or cybernetic origins by nature. The Musician - Brooke: The jonty skeleton man Brooke must either be a Ghost type of mischevious nature, or become a maker of music/noise. Well that's all I got for now. If you got any other rules you think I should abide by, or help with the Character Guidelines, feel free to voice an opinion. I would prefer to do this right in the very least.

Well then...erm Hunter. It's definitely eye-opening to say in the very least. But time and time again, Reborn has consistently proven to be a liberal and accepting community as it is. And after discovering things about Amethyst, amongst other people on here, announcements like this just don't shock me as much anymore. Still though, whatever the heck floats your boat Hunt. Just roll with it. I'll make ya kinky on the server no matter what your gender. Edit: does this mean you'll be a different person because of this? I'm not sure if you'd put up a new persona because of this.

I tend to be the thrillseeker of gaming across the board in most genres. The term "thrillseeker" I use as a blanket term for a couple different things. I play games because I want to have fun, or I can compete with others. For games like GTA, I seek thrills by just screwing around and stealing cars and shooting cops like in a usual GTA fashion. In other games like Pokémon, I get thrills by stomping on people. It is very fun for me to just absolutely and completely destroy someone, because I'm very cynical when gaming. On the other side of the fence however, as a thrillseeker, I get VERY salty in competitive gaming. Usually if I lose very hard, I generally tend to assume my opponent was cheating or terrible in one way or another. I'm not talking like a close game, because I respect people who give me a good match, but wiping the floor with me is not very fun on my end. Heck, on the contrary, I'd prefer a close match over a complete cleaning anyways. It's more fun to watch someone struggle. I know it's ironic, but hey, it's me. As a thrillseeker in gaming, I also tend to move on if games get boring after a while in order to seek a more entertaining newer game. And that's why I call myself a thrillseeker.

Man this is gonna be hell when you have almost no good Dragon types available in the game. Although either way, best of luck to you.

Man. We'll riot for Cloud if we have to. Barge down the Nintendo headquarters for him, along with the people angry about not getting King K. Rool. Speaking of that, why was K.Rool a supposedly popular choice? He's not really known, nor possesses any special traits like most of the other characters, except as a villain from one DK game.

Man what sucks is that we're still waiting for that little deal with Sapphira's Dragon Tamer Monthly. But I guess this'll do.

Ooh man, I forgot a huge one. Our fear for the unknown and generally things being different is also a contributor toward our racist tendencies, as an act to try and force away these "weird" and "different" forces. For instance, in America, there are some huge stereotypes regarding immigrants of Latino descent, although Americans tend to push this toward Mexicans for reasons even I can't quite understand. I guess it's just a convenience factor because most of the immigrants coming from that direction have to come to the States from Mexico. Therefore I guess people assume them all to be Mexicans.
