Regarding Stealth Rocks or any form of damaging entry hazard, I'd also like to point out they have quite a couple good nice roles, such as chipping down certain bulky Pokemon into KO range and also one particularly good niche I've found in using Rocks/Spikes was that since Leaders can change their teams around, they can pack counters to your team, sometimes in the form of a frail sweeper. Point made: Rocks/Spikes are great for Sash/Sturdy breaking, which may be more useful than you'd think.

Sadly the converted Fairy types for the most part. The new typing to me made formerly garbage Pokemon, which I'm sure many where happy being kinda garbage, into some real scary powerhouses (namely Mawile, Azumarill, Gardevoir, and Clefable). Woulda been better imo if they introduced a couple new Fairies kind of like with Steel and Dark getting a couple sprinkled into Gen 2.

Wow this is gonna take quite a while to finish from looking at the Status percentage which is an appalling 19% as I post this. Although it's very understandable with Amethyst being away (presumably by sickness for a while) and compiled with the potential loss of Kuro. Usually staying quiet unless there's something worth bringing up is the way to go about elevators usually. If you were working in an office, a brief hello is fine as a sign of etiquette. Oh and also try not to pass any gas while in an elevator. People tend to not like that.

I really don't struggle against Mario as Mac. That's morely because I've played against him to know the general across the board shenanigans. Rosie is a hit or miss because I've beaten decent Rosie players. ROB is another where I gotta encounter more good players of it to form a good opinion. (The few I have seen make him look OP asf)

Taking what the guy above is saying about mains: I'm gonna be going to a relatively medium-small sized tournament in about 3 weeks and I wanted to know what exactly I should look out for. To be honest, my skill lies with Little Mac sadly, because his priority with most moves on the ground is just balling. I know most of his ins and outs, but I'd like to know who synergizes well with. To give you an idea: Amazing with: -Little Mac Good with: -Link Decent with: -King Dedede (seriously don't rip on him till you've seen me use him) Need to work on: -Sanik -ZS Sammy -Gannondorf -Mario Not really sure what to build a 3-fighter core around except Mac and Link, because of their synergy of raw power and speed vs range and tech moves. Who'd be best here. EDIT: I also tend to have a huge Captain Falcon problem. But it's more like me having to get out of the habit of rolling into his attacks.

Been so long since I've played, but I can tell you that my favorite facility was the one in Emerald where you could have a legit tournament in any format. My favorite brain was the guy who ran the Battle Pyramid.

If you are playing Episode 10 or earlier iirc, you can only play the white boy and white girl as legitimate characters. Your sprite deal sounds like it'd be a player character if that's the case. Also be warned to try and not have gen 6 mons in your party, but I see you got that covered. The Grand Hall hasn't changed since Episode 10, since I tried it out myself on the old version and it works just fine. If you saved outside, you would be totally screwed. Summary: It has to be your PC. Can't think of any other reasonable explanations.
