I am unable to download the game the file can only be opened in notepad. Any help or another link ?

I did but im not at that part yet, i managed to solve it by just going back to an old save file from before the prison. I think its because i wen't back to the jail cells when i shouldn't have.

After doing the melia library event in the prison part im now stuck as my character in my cell and i don't know what to do.
