Try Jumpluff, available early, has amazing support movepool and acrobatics + good speed with decent enough defenses + infiltrator = something useful for almost any boss fight. Garchomp and Arceus against stun spore and leech seed? Destroyed.

Request-A-Mon Thread! (Pokemon Reborn Savefiles Only)
Swampellow replied to Simon's topic in Team Showcase
Currently doing a grass mono-run, unfortuantly got larvesta in my mystery egg, would it be possible to get one of the grass types that are supposed to be available from it? So Shroomish/Phantump/Cottonee Everything about them can be random, any of them would be useful. Game.rxdata- 1019 replies

Copy paste fun! Nidos: Nidoqueen, No idea why, just always liked her more Pinsir/Heracross: Pinsir, mainly because of the mega Tauros/Miltank: Tauros, One of my few wild caught shinies makes this for me. Lunatone/Solrock: Lunatone, used one in Rejuv, much love. Lotad/Seedot: Seedot, because version exclusive of gen 3 and me not being able to get him. Sableye/Mawile: Mawile because Mawile. Volbeat/Illumise: Illumise, but I don't generally prefer one over the other. Plusle/Minun: Minun, because for a negative pokemon they are pretty positive. Zangoose/Seviper: Zangoose, just cause. Latias/Latios: Latias, her colour appeals to me more, even though I love blue. Mew/Mewtwo: Mew, cute smol babbu. Lugia/Ho-Oh: Ho-Oh, its theme music is amazing in Heartgold when you go to catch it. Manaphy/Phione: Manaphy, because it is not Phione. Cresselia/Darkrai: Cresselia, because everyone seems to like Darkrai and she is moon-mom. Ninjask/Shedinja: Shedninja, I ended up using it instead of Ninjask when I first ever got it, I had no idea it was a thing. Butterfree/Beedrill: Butterfree, because of the anime. Gothitelle/Reuniclus: Reuniclus, version exclusives, and it looks like jelly. Gyarados/Milotic: Milotic, gen 3, and because feebas is worth it. Unown: H, it looks like a Tie Fighter. Meowstic: Female, for both design and usage. Ninetales/Arcanine: Arcanine, fluffy doge. Gardevoir/Gallade: Gardevoir, the OG kirlia evolution. Electabuzz/Magmar: Magmar, although I prefer Electivire over Magmortor. Mothim/Wormadam: Wormadam, not bad with a decent hidden power. Sawk/Throh: Throh, not sure why. Whimsicott/Lilligant: Whimsicott, because Prankster lord. Aromatisse/Slurpuff: Aromatisse, quite nice for a playthrough. Trevenant/Gourgeist: Gourgeist, really fun to use, also my saviour in my mono-grass reborn run.

Going to have to go with route 132 in Hoenn, those water currents were such a pain as a kid, especially when I saw an item on the island that I was helplessly floating by.

My first shiny was a sandshrew in Ruby, eventually traded it all the way to B/W, in which I used it and eventually evolved it.This is also what caused me to think of sandshrew/sandslash as gen 3 mons. I believe my first reborn shiny was a poochyena, didn't bother catching it though.

Just looked around to find the original idea for this guy, evil Tomas and your ideas.

Well saying a pokemon is "old" isn't really enough, oldest is one that would probably depend on what you believe (Arceus/Mew debacle). Then saying something like Golett or Yamask could be "old" per say, but still not as old as pokemon that did not live side by side with humans.

Sound the alarms! This means something!

If you could own one Pokemon, what would it be?
Swampellow replied to Another Felix's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
I feel like this question depends on if you could *somehow* evolve pokemon that use stones to evolve because if so I would choose Eevee, because Eevee. But then something more practical would also be cool, like Tropius, it can fly me around AND give me food. -
Oh that just sounds wonderful, I shall be locked away playing it all Christmas day! I expect a christmas easter egg now.

Make your own Pokemon moves and comment on others.
Swampellow replied to Ayumu's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
Seismic Shift Type:Ground Category:Physical PP:10 Power: - Accuracy:95 The user slams their gear into the ground and starts spinning. This move always deals 100 damage. Available to Klang Klinklang I just feel really bad with the lack of moves these guys get, if they can't get earthquake then I feel like this is the next best thing. -
Which stat would you specialize in if you were a stat trainer?
Swampellow replied to TimTim's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
Probably physical attack for myself, I absolutely love 'mons with high attack stats. And some of those 'mons have very high speed/defense as well, which is always a plus. Although if you wanted to choose the stat that would have the best chance of winning every battle, Special attack would be best because of psyshock for those special walls -
Not only is it bacon, it is self frying vegetarian bacon!

Or at least 'till the update is out.
-
And now looking at it more, I feel as though it is a mix between the robots and deoxys, oh well.
-
That second badge looks kind of like one of the robots from Portal, or is that just me?
-
So only fairy moves then? Wouldn't be to bad, considering most mons that get fairy moves have the attack/special attack stat to use them well enough.
-
17 Budew, 16 Spheal, 17 Poochyena, 19 Electrike, and 19 Monferno for this episode, although I can't really talk because of some sneaky moves involving the update between versions.

Well there it is folks, the official "Hold onto your butts!" for pokemon desolation! Also post 100, wooo

Now it may just be the name and the fact this its a caterpillar, and the typing, but I am getting a Luna Moth vibe from this thing, And then because it was designed by Hukuna, so therefore not a stage three, plus Tomas saying Volcarona in his post, leads me to believe this will evolve into some sort of moon-y counterpart-y thing to Volcarona. Another possible moth pokemon to make Dustox and Mothim feel extremely inadequate!

Ive done it before, I believe I went from ~level 9 to level 20 something, I think, maybe. Anyway, its a REALLY quick way to gain lots of levels quickly.

On this subject though, what about being able to obtain her other pokemon at some other point in the game?
