    Hm. I was wondering, why are some subforums led by a member, while others aren't? For instance, CW section is led by Hukuna, but there's nobody leading the Wasteland. I guess it's just a matter about importance/popularity?

      Some sections simply don't need a "leader", considering the number of Global Mods.

      The CW/RP sections are an exception.
