  1. 6/10 needs more sunglasses. If a deer can wear 'em, an elf-woman also should be able to!
  2. Bibs why didn't you let me put in ten Magnezones, you monster. Ahem, anyways, Here We Go: And there you go. You'll notice that most of these are Steel, Water or Psychic, and that they have a general trend going. I'm sure those who know me won't be surprised at all.
  3. If we be getting 5 moves... I'm running bulky set up mons with dual STAB/coverage, respective set up move and RestTalk. Imagine the horror, with SD Roost 3 attacks Mega Scizor
  4. I like how you lot stopped guessing me at all. Dhan?
  5. CACTI!

      You face Maractus!

Excuse you. Cacturne is WAY better than that stoned, impoverished third cousin.

  6. Yea, Nasty Plot Togekiss or Taunt Mega Garde/Taunt Spdef Talonflame are great at breaking stall. As for stall itself, I do not use it as a play style. I'm indifferent to it as an opposing play style, because I usually construct my teams to be able to cope with it. So while I have no liking or particular respect for the users of stall, neither do I have any hate for them. I can't appreciate stall creativity as much as I can appreciate innovation in offensive or balanced builds, however, largely because said stall creativity, if it exists, is certainly a lot less varied than the potential of 'fun' sets in offensive builds. EDIT: Screw Bibs's P2 btw.
  7. Welcome to Reborn. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay!
  8. Oh god, I cringe at that, Aika. We need more Accountants and Economists. They'll use all the cool, mech or math/data Pokemon, like Magnezone, PZ, Metagross, etc.
  9. Rip. Spine? Or wait, I see the BMIC there...
  10. Welcome to Reborn, I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay.
  11. Sure, I'm honoured. Also yeah, I have my lazier moments. The idea is more important here than the execution, as with milotic. If it's isn't a steel or mechanical thing, my heart just doesn't go all out, y'know? I admit that Chandelure is really nothing more than a lazily coloured cartoon. I even said as much. And I'm not bothering to draw the fire really. Maybe if I feel like it, sometime in the future, I'll redraw this thing. Just like I redrew Roserade (although that too is a cartoon really :/) Anyways, I look forward to your other comments.
  12. Mmh, might as well pitch in. Better to #KnowViri than to #NoViri, I guess! Name: KS Pradyot Age: 18 Birthday: October 3, 1997 Location: Southern India Height: 180 cm (5'11") Hair Color: Jet black Eye Color: Dark Brown Live With: 600+ years of exceedingly boring family history Pets?: Bruno, the labrador retriever, and Bosco, the doberman pinscher Relationships?: none of a nature other than that of family or good friends Crushes lately?: I never was much of a guy for romance. So no :/ Dream Job: Dreams = Goals, else they're not much use to me. I'm living my goals each day, and that's starting with being a CA and going on to Economics, Banking, Civil Services and eventually teaching Currently Playing: No time for games these days Favourite Food: I prefer bitter foods, having a low tolerance for sweets. I'm also a herbivore by tradition, as well as for personal reasons Favourite Drink: cheers to coffee, good roast, filtered, hot, black and with just a drop of milk and no sugar Favourite Color: All colours that are understated, natural and soothing. I like the greens of leaves and forests most, though. My forum name even means 'green' Favourite kind of Music: Classical Carnatic instrumental, Hindustani instrumental, and a good deal of Western chamber and orchestral music. And no, I didn't step out of the eighteenth century. Favourite Band: there's a long and boring story that tells why I abhor the human voice in song. So none, I suppose Favourite Album: this doesn't apply in the sense I think it to mean, but I might as well list the works of Edvard Grieg and Instead Bismillah Khan, among others Favourite Game: Probably this one, or I'd never have joined this community Favourite Genre of Game: puzzle, as a rule Favourite Hobbies: I'm interested in almost everything, but I enjoy drawing and painting, debating, writing articles, gardening and horticulture, reading (just about everything from philosophy, sciences and fact to thrillers and PG Wodehouse, though my greatest interest is in reading economics-related stuff and Indic epics and histories), swimming, cooking and eating (food is an art!), probably anything else that captures my fancy Favourite Movies: oh, good ol' Mayabazar, 1957. It'll never be beaten. Favourite Shows: I don't know, I hardly watch any these days :/
  13. Fair point, but Scizor is still the best bug ever made. Narrowly beats Volcarona, Genesect and Heracross, but still beats them nevertheless. More cetaceans are definitely good. Like dolphins. Or pilot whales. Or belugas. Or narwhals. Or sperm whales.
  14. Oh, yeah, I suppose Kingdra does count, silly me. I didn't redraw that, of course. Maybe I will sometime, but my head is already full of so many ideas for other Pokemon; one at least of each type save steel, of which there will be several! And yes, saving the best for last!
  15. A friend offered me tea today. He must be under some strain.

    1. Maelstrom

Your deathwish has been duly noted.

  16. I'm surely disappointed by how the cute phanpy turned out. Donphan is tiny! And Mamoswine is more pig than pachyderm anyways. Doesn't even have a trunk. Maybe a grass/rock elephant with stone tusks and tree trunks for legs? Could have Solid Rock, or Rock Head to abuse Wood Hammer and Head Smash, and could have Slack Off and Curse to make it a mean set up Mon.
  17. Noh >:T Scizor best mantis! And if you want gender differences, female Scizor have bigger abdomens. I don't think Pokemon will ever make a Mon based on cannibalistic females, either. How about a Cassowary Pokemon? Fighting/Flying, with either Reckless or Rock Head, and rampant abuse of HKJ, Brave Burd and Head Smash?
  18. Innovative. Very offensive, of course, and therefore it can fall apart of key elements are lost too soon; Volcanion and Rotom-W are a pain as usual, things like fat Lati as well to some extent, some other stuff I can't think of immediately, and you lack a steel type so I automatically rate it -∞/10. Togekiss is kinda difficult as on offensive Mon, at least for me, I prefer to use a fat Roost or TWave set, or a Nasty Plot set. I see why you'd like heal bell for the team, but consider Nasty Plot or Roost for added utility. Starmie could also use ice beam over Psyshock, since you've got Mega cham for Psychic coverage anyways, and Starmie can still check Keldeo with tbolt. Stun spore on Whimsicott is also good, since it can emergency check a thing like DD Zard-X, and provide paralysis for Togekiss more reliably than Tailwind (you've got one user of Tailwind anyways) May also consider a Jirachi instead, really. Steel master race, and it does the flinch job or the rocks job better, and also gets momentum. Just my thoughts. Make of 'em what you will.
  19. Thanks for mine, pocky. It's great. Must've been a bit difficult to fit shades on a deer.
  20. Hello and welcome to Reborn! I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here.
  21. Scyther. Scizor. Mega Scizor. Any other, lesser praying mantis is an insult to the noble Steel type! It shall face my Bullet Punches and perish. A mantis shrimp, Water/Fighting, with Technician Mach Punch and Aqua Jet would be cool as hell though.
