I agree with you, but I also would like to point out that among the things I post here, there's a very definable difference between when I am actually half-assed enough to pay attention and produce something of quality that I myself am satisfied with (like that Volcarona) and when I just let the pen loose to draw whatever scribble I can think of without taxing myself too heavily about the details. This hydreigonis one of those latter examples. I'm aware of the issues with it, including the crowdedness, but I honestly didn't mean it to be a serious effort anyway. In fact, working on that idea, I had drawn another skeletal beast, but because it ties in to the game I'm making, I can't really post it here or Baz will kill me :/ Have this instead

Are we actually debating this. Is this what I am really seeing. I am not using question marks because it's obvious that if Smogon, in all its debating, decided as a majority and in a scenario where there are more 700~ mons eligible for OU play, that Greninja, Protean or otherwise, is too good to be allowed and is detrimental to team building or standard play... That means that in Reborn, especially given the scarcity of good mons and moves, Greninja (which still manages to get excellent moves despite the lack of most standard TMs or tutor moves as yet) is very clearly too good to be allowable. For the record, Greninja fulfills the defined roles of a Sweeper, a Hazards Lead, a Suicide Lead, a revenge killer and a Pivot. In fact, Greninja can fulfill the role of anything that is not defensive. With the help of even half the usual size of a battle team, Greninja in the hands of even a mediocre battler can be devastating to the point where even skilled players may not be able to withstand its use. This argument seems to me to be pointless. I suggest that some of the participants go to Smogon's website and spend half an hour looking through the archives on Greninja before attempting to base points; what one may feel is generally superseded by what is a fact. I also suggest re-reading what Smogon, and standard competitive play, defines as a Sweeper, a Check and a Counter. I don't see what else can be meaningfully stated.

Are you looking for a fight, Tartar? Or is this one of your attempts to be funny? For your information, Magnezone is one of the best Pokemon in Reborn, certainly the best Electric type and the best special attacking Steel type. It has great team support and power, and learns its best moves by level too. Get yourself a Modest one with good IVs and raise it in HP and SpAtk. Bisharp is also a great idea, though you will need to breed it with a member of the Hitmon family to give it Sucker Punch.

Xiri, however, is a remarkably good sport, so, as per the conditions, he shall continue using the alt Iron Jiniri instead of his usual snowy self on the server. And if anyone is curious why, the answer is always because STEEL > ICE

Basically that. Incineroar (aside from having the laziest name I've ever seen, good god, especially since Pyroar already exists) has an iffy defensive typing, no reliable recovery, and lacks a good movepool in general (it's somewhat bad that he doesn't even get knock off or SuckerPunch, unreliable priority as it is). I dunno. Arcanine has fewer weaknesses, natural access to Intimidate, recovery in Morning Sun, reliable and strong priority in Extreme Speed, a better fighting type coverage move in CC, and much better speed and mixed offenses. Also Dogs > Cats. So there. Primarina is ehhh (use Gardevoir), Decidueye is ehhh² (Shiftry does the job well enough, besides being faster). I'd rather use BorkedFrog or Burd of Honour, or even Torterra just to piss off@Xiri
