It's still correct in Spork. I chose for the Gastly line to keep Levitate instead of giving them Cursed Body. I also kept Raikou, Entei, and Suicune's original hidden abilities instead of changing them all to Inner Focus.

It's been mentioned a few times the past week and a half or so. I'll look into it when I get back home in mid-June. I'm glad you're enjoying the game! I assumed alphabetical sorting in the bag was a default Essentials feature and didn't know it wasn't working. I'll see what I can do when I get home in mid-June. Someone else mentioned that for registered items, and I tried but couldn't figure out how it works. Registering didn't work at all for me with either shift or F5. I have mixed feelings about the speed up button which is why I haven't included it. On one hand it speeds up battles, and I use it for that purpose in Reborn. On the other hand I don't want people to skip through the dialogue, which is something I've seen people do in games with speed up buttons before. And often when they do this they're like "What do I do?" because they didn't read the dialogue so they don't know where to go.

I'd need to figure out how it works in terms of scripting, which could be simple or not, depending on whether it's a custom script of Desolation or exists in Essentials, and then depending on what version of Essentials Desolation uses and if those scripts are still the same in the latest version. If it worked it'd only take a few minutes to add in, but I can't guarantee at the moment that it'd work. For reasons I don't really know if I understand completely myself, I'd actually prefer to not have an item like that. Maybe I'd be better with it if instead of Paint Jar I renamed it a powder or dust or magic spell or something. The Shiny Charm is available though, and if someone wanted a shiny Pokemon I'd add it to their save file (when I get back home in mid-June of course). Including the shiny Onix DemICE was searching for if DemICE hasn't found one yet.

Have you talked to Lee at the Battle Mall? After battling Barker and Jim, you talk to Lee and then he'll go outside to the softlands where you can battle him. Still WIP. The biggest obtacles are probably: 1) one of the graphic assets for the contest mod is a sixth screen on the summary pages for contest stats, but I'm already using EVs/IVs as a sixth screen so I'm not sure what to do there. I don't want to remove the EV/IV screen. 2) the contest mod was made for Essentials v14 or 15 (I forget which) and I'm using the latest version, Essentials v16.2. There've been script changes over the versions and I saw many people asking about help with that in the thread. I still have the actual contest scripts and graphics on my computer for when I can figure out those two issues, but at the moment I'm not sure how to proceed. Although I really want to put them in, it may not be until the rest of the game is complete that I feel up to trying to work on it again. I remember in Desolation's intro, Rosetta mentions Cellia has a rich contest culture, but in the tournament building in Cellia an NPC mentions contests being done away with, which kind of makes me wonder if Caz had similar difficulties trying to implement contests into his game. I should have asked him about that before his hiatus x . x

Yes, Giratina is going to be in the Distortion World in the postgame. It's actually kind of two quests in one because on the way to finding the Distortion World and Giratina, you'll be doing Necrozma's quest too. (you won't actually know you're doing either until you finish the first part of the quest(s) though)

The hidden power changer is the northmost NPC in the Battle Mall.

The move relearner is in the Services District in Olidroll City.

I'm not sure when I'll get around to doing it but I have plans to reduce the size of the maps that still have a lot of space at some point. When I was making the rooms of the Underwater Hotel I kept reminding myself not to make them as big as the Virima Hotel's rooms. I'll fix Mimikyu's EVs when I get home next month.

I haven't changed any of the happiness evolutions. I've never heard of this happening before, so I don't know if happiness is somehow bugged or if it's just taking your Pokemon an extremely long amount of time. In the next update when I get back home in mid-June though (which I'm not sure if will be a re-upload of 3 and a Half or the full ep 4) I'm making all Pokemon species have max happiness by default. The other day I remembered how in the old development thread for Spork before it had an episode release, someone suggested starters having higher happiness since the player already had their Pokemon before the start of the game. Originally Spork just had the usual regional starters, and I did set them to max happiness by default, but recently realized I never did so for the others after I changed to every non-legendary being a starter option. So as of the next update, all Pokemon (not just during the starter event but all species as a whole) will have max happiness from the start. This can't change the happiness value of Pokemon you've already obtained, however. But when I get back home, if they're still not evolved you can send me your save file and I'll evolve them for you. (unfortunately I can't do so right now as I only have mobile internet access until I get home)

It's okay. I appreciate the report anyway. Something I forgot to mention is that before I left for a month, I went through all the Pokemon not obtainable yet and decided which area(s) they'll appear. Normally I half plan in advance and half decide as I go (many Pokemon locations have already been decided since I started working on Spork), but since there's not many Pokemon still unobtainable, it was easy to just go through and decide for all of them at once. About half a week ago I had a Rejuvenation dream. The Dragon leader was fighting the Fairy leader. Both of their clothes and bodies were completely green. The Dragon leader was a guy with a beard and the Fairy leader was supposedly a king and rightful heir to the Fairy leader position. But he was easily defeated by the Dragon leader and then exposed as a false king. The scene changed to Tesla, who in this dream was a Gym Leader instead of Elite 8. She was talking to herself about how she shouldn't have made "that deal" with Spacea and Tiempa. The scene changed again. I was running around in the streets yelling "THAT'S A SPICY MEATBALL!" to people, who all nodded and laughed. The scene changed again. I was battling an extraterrestrial politician who the false king/Fairy leader was in the pocket of. There were several stages to the fight, each getting more intense in scale. I remember the second last phase he turned into Rayquaza and shot asteroids and we were in the sky, and in the final stage he was a giant spaceship and we fought in space.

The gen7movesandabilities notepad file lists the abilities and moves from Gen 7 that are in. I haven't been able to find a script for Disguise.

Pawniard can be found in the wild in Dark Dungeon. There's a notepad file in the game folder titled "obtainablepokemon" that lists all the currently obtainable Pokemon outside the starter event as well as how or where to get them.

Yeah, that's one of the main reasons they seem like normal species in Ultra Space to me. I consider Ultra Beasts a notable non-legend group like the regional starters, Eeveelutions, etc.

I'm glad you enjoyed the game! I'll take a look at King's Shield when I get back next month (I'm currently away for a month with only mobile internet access). As for the hidden abilities, that's been known for a few months. I'd link to the post that has the information, but it'd take a long time to link to a post on this mobile browser. The basic explanation is that Pokemon with three abilities can only have their third ability when encountered in the wild, and I had extreme difficulty trying to make them normally obtainable. I can change to their third ability if players send me their save file, but again as I'm away for a month I don't have access to the game right now, so I can't do it at the moment. I know that some people consider Ultra Beasts legendaries, but I personally don't (except for Solgaleo and Lunala, and Necrozma if it is one). The others strike me as ordinary species in the Ultra Space dimension (meaning it doesn't seem like they're considered legendary in Ultra Space). You'll actually learn a little bit about the Ultra Beasts in relation to Spork's timeline after battling the next Gym Leader in the full ep 4.

Name Rater is in Cianosa City (the second city). I'll fix the Pawniard starter bug when I get back next month. Update about not having wifi: at the place I was going to stay at, a lot of appliances didn't work, there was a cigarette next to a pillow, a fire hazard with a bed right on top of a heater, among other things. So I'm staying at someplace else for the week and they do have wifi.

Did you download Episode 3 and a Half which was released five days ago? If you haven't, you need to do so in order for the guards to be gone, as that's when that content became available. If you have, I'm not sure why this would be happening. I could probably fix it for you easily, but right now I don't have access to the game as I'm away for a month with only limited mobile internet access and no computer. If you've already downloaded 3 and a Half and this still happens, hopefully another user who has RPG Maker can help you?

Go to your PC -> Users -> Saved Games -> Pokemon Spork and inside the Spork folder it's the file called "Game". You would upload it as an attachment (where it says "Click to choose files" next to the paperclip below the text box for making a post).
